Our rental is in the perfect location for exploring the French coastline. Featuring 7km of gorgeous sandy beaches, spend your holiday relaxing in the sun. From April until the end of October, you'll love the FREE train that will take you to the beach or to the city centre. For a taste of culture outside of Argelès-sur-Mer, Perpignan, an ancient city filled with history and stunning architecture, is just 20 minutes away. There are endless benefits of being so close to the Pyrénées and the Spanish border.

Drift to sleep in the 1 BEDROOM with a Double bed. The sleeping area features Bunk beds, and there is an additional Sofa bed in the living room for extra guests or the kids. Bed linen is NOT provided but can be rented on-site for €16 per bed / per change (for a single or double bed)

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, and you can rent towels on-site for €12/person/change (Kit: 1 large and 1 small towel per person).

After a day of lounging at the pool, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Catch a show or movie on the TV after a day of adventure. Stay connected with loved ones using the FREE low-speed Wi-Fi in the reception area and in your unit. Premium Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. Step out onto the Balcony or Patio and enjoy the fresh air.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! There are coin-operated washers and dryers on-site for your convenience. You can enjoy all of your meals at our dining table with seating.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Les Demeures de la Massane, where our 40m2 property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool (open from April to October) and access to the fitness center. Entertainment for adults and a mini-club for children are available during some parts of the year! Relax while the kids play on the playground or play a match on the petanque grounds.

We recommend bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, and there is FREE parking available on-site (1 spot per accommodation). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them.

Get your supplies from the Supermarket, just a 10 minute drive away. If the kids are tired of the beach, they'll love the Discovery Farm Saint-André where they can go for pony rides, pet sheep, and have picnics Our favourite place to grab dinner is SABAI SABAI, where you can enjoy tasty Thai food, only 5 minutes away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Dive into the outdoor pool (open from April to October), open every day from 9 am - 8 pm (depending on weather conditions) and from 9 am - 7 pm in October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Please note that the fitness centre is only open upon prior booking. Minors not admitted.
• Bedroom linens: €16 per person per change
• Bathroom linens: Available for €12 per kit per person
• Serenity packs (bathroom linens + end-of-stay cleaning) is available for €175
• High-speed Wi-Fi is available in your unit for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code)
