While the staff were quite accommodating, the day time manager was quite rude. The room we had booked on the site wasn't available but she refused to even acknowledge that the room even existed. Our stay was very good, and the highlight was the extraordinary effort of the staff, for a variety of reasons. The most significant was the city water was shut down for 18 hours and the staff made every effort to minimize the major inconvenience.
