"Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM for our scheduled 4:00 PM check-in and were not given a room until 6:45 PM. After waiting nearly three hours past check-in time, we expected the room to at least be in good condition, but that was not the case. "Room was clean and spacious. Staff were great, everyone from the check in lady to the housekeeper was amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid but the waiting can be long, which shows just good it actually was. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was close but can be competitive to find the best spot, it definitely needed a few more handicap parking spaces to accommodate all guests who require such parking.
