"Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

"Perfect hotel for guests traveling with children! Nice, clean room, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, pickleball, and movie theater. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good. The pools could use a vacuum but we’re quite busy which could be a reason for lots of stuff at the bottom. Pools are a good size!"

"When we first arrived at check in they had us in a wrong room style for what we paid for on Expedia but they quickly fixed that up for us. We loved being on ground level with drive right up it was so convenient when travelling with 4 small kids. The pools were a hit and the hot tub! Breakfast was good in the morning. One morning they had no milk for cereal and a few other things missing but the next day it was refilled up. One guy that was working breakfast our last morning down at breakfast was...

"Really enjoyed our stay. Found the home to be very authentic and interesting. Lots of space and the outdoor area was wonderful. Clean room, with lots of extras in the room from a Roku TV to wine glasses. Nice host as well, who went out of her way in assisting us with our needs. AC worked excellent during that hot spell. A+!"
