"Clean and well kept."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Our suite was spotlessly clean, quiet, and having a full kitchen in the room was a huge bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Because it rained during our visit, we spent some time at the indoor pool, which was a great amenity to have available. ​The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The only real downside in the room was the lack of a luggage rack/holder, which made unpacking and opening our suitcases a bit inconvenient. Breakfast...

"The front reception area and dining room were fine. The halls were hot and smelly and our room was not clean. There were stain marks on the wall, the caulking around the gbbase of the tub looked grimy and the carpet was torn and frayed to the point it could be a tripping hazzard. Although the website indicated there would be a coffe and tea maiker in the room we were told at check in that there would not be and if we wanted coffee or tea we could come to get it in the lobby. "We only stayed one night but would have preferred to stay the whole weekend if we knew how nice it was. Everyone was super helpful and the room was clean and well maintained!"

"Staff was great relocating us to a room with a working TV and a toilet that didn’t back-up. The new room faced what would have been a nice area outside our sliding door. The grass was cut, but the shrubs were overgrown and lots of tall weeds. The room was clean. It was overpriced for what you get."

"Third visit this year and it never disappoints. The proximity to the beach, main strip and restaurants makes it worth the stay. Needless to say, the accommodation is 5 star always. Can't wait to see you again for the beach party in September ... I'm hoping !!!"

"A disappointing experience! A very low level motel, yet room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The first night was fine. The second night was uncomfortable as it sounded like people were moving furniture upon arriving at 10 pm. Then at 4:30 am more noise, and they left. At 6:00 am they were back and more noise. It is obvious that the motel is a also a “type of rooming house” Buyer beware! "

"I liked that there was a kitchen with all the things you’d need to cook a meal, comfortable tables and chairs inside and outside to eat or just be there. It was quiet, guests were respectful of others. Loved that we were steps away from the beach. My only wish is for there to be a washing machine and dryer available, It’s on the pricier side but for how close to the water it is, it’s worth it, if you can afford it"

"Great location - couple minute walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to restaurants/downtown area. Pool was great. The only thing that I would recommend would be to upgrade the bedding - sheets, blankets, pillows were rough/cheap/plastic feeling."

"Awful stay .. got a different cottage than what we seen on Expedia . The cottage we got was awful . Booked for 2 nights ended up only staying for one . Woke up itchy and complained to the owners asking for refund we ended up getting 150 cash back and was just happy to leave , absolute rip off 2 nights for 500 bucks . Do not recommend this place , I don’t write reviews but this place deserves a bad one ."

"From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom. It’s in a super convenient area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quaint town. The host left a binder with rules, wifi info, nearby restaurants and stores that was very handy. Great...
