"We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. The food was very good and a good cup off coffee available at the coffee shop which is part of the hotel. "We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a 4th floor pool view with balcony as apparently we had paid too much through Hotels.com for the garden hut. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and special shout out to Samah who was particularly efficient. "Me quedé ahí por un par de días y realmente lo disfruté, el hotel es lindo, con una alberca agradable y buen restaurante. El staff siempre fue muy atento, incluso estuve y se preocupan mucho por lo huéspedes. Lo mejor es la vista junto al lago. Se puede ir caminando a varios bares muy agradables. Deberían de cambiar la política de solo 2 aparatos conectados al wifi, ya que tenía que desconectar alguno de los celulares para poder conectar la tablet."
