"What an amazing experience! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The views are incredible driving to the cottage through the mountains and valleys. And the beach! I wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy it more. It’s just beautiful "

"We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards. "The cottage was perfect, in a gorgeous area of wild Donegal. Easy walk to a couple of small beaches. Nice shop and pub a few minutes car ride away. The house was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. Anne had let us know that there was a sudden problem with the central heat, and the work needed to be done to fix it would have had the plumber there during our stay, and she didn’t want us bothered. "St Johns Peninsula offers the most panoramic view we have ever had--Donegal Bay to south, Atlantic to east and Killybegs harbor with stunning views of Slieve League in the north and Benbulbin, Sligo, and Mayo to the south. The newly renovated cottage was cozy and up-to-date. Access to hikes, scenic views, and historic sites was very convenient including the conveniences and good food in Killybegs. The host was very responsive. "
