The hotel itself is absolutely perfect. Staff was amazing and very kind caring and welcoming. I do wish however, the coffee shop was open a little bit earlier as walking to get early morning coffee in downtown Portland might not be the best idea but that’s OK overall I would absolutely stay here again super cool eclectic and just the vibe I’m looking for!

Truly convenient, well maintained hotel with a great staff - especially at the door. Overall efficient, secure, pleasant and up to date. Coffee SIP shop lobby a plus. However, we were surprised (and disappointed) to learn that you had to request housekeeping services (beds/towel changes/trash and basic services). Definitely would recommend staying there again - but be sure to request housekeeping.

The staff was very nice and helpful (probably the best part of the stay) and room itself was pretty and mostly clean (the only parts that weren't were the shower which I feel is designed in such a way that would make it hard to keep clean and the standing mirror which had a bunch of smudges and what looked like face picking smears? Not sure really). The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very poorly noise insulated so it was loud all night. The toilet paper was a joke...like public bathroom\porta potty bad. And while less important, it was somewhat annoying that the only option was cable tv and the weird remote wouldn't actually let you turn on closed captions even though it had a button for it (we eventually were able to turn them on using the tv itself but the text box was a third of the screen and covered huge sections of whatever was on). It kind of felt like an old cheap motel in terms of comfort and room ammenities but with a prettier package. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
