"Faulty air conditioning, shoddy room. Moved to another hotel after 2 days"

"This was my second time at County Lodge hotel, my first time was back in April 2021. I noticed major upgrades in the room from five years ago. The room itself was nice and modern, with good lighting. And the view of the city is amazing, with a large swimming pool and areas to relax outdoor. I had one issue with the AC not cooling and was given a different room. The refrigerators in both rooms were not working, and were old looking. And it would be nice if there was a chain lock inside the room...

"The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. "

"The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it."
