  • Enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains in my charming studio apartment in Les Carroz d'Arâches! Featuring two rooms—including a bedroom—and a sleeping nook, it’s located on the first floor of a small, very quiet apartment building.
    It is rated 2 stars:

    It is fully equipped, with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You can unwind there after a day of activities with board games, a TV, and a DVD player. In addition to its mountain view, our apartment is very comfortable: you’ll find a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and iron.
    It’s ideally located 1 km from the village center, where you’ll find the gondola stations, all the activities, and local shops. To get there, feel free to use the free shuttle buses (in winter), which stop 100 m from the residence. A supermarket with a gas station is located 250 m from the residence
    Shared parking (not private), garden furniture stored in the bed frame, and a private ski locker in the basement are also at your disposal.
    The resort of Les Carroz d’Arâches has been awarded the “Famille Plus” label. Utilities are included in the rental price.

    Downhill skiing: Access to the Grand Massif ski area: 265 km of slopes, 80 ski lifts (connecting Samoëns, Flaine, Morillon, and Sixt)
    Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the Agy Nordic area: 55 km of groomed trails, including 25 km for skating (Agy plateau accessible via free shuttles). Marked snowshoe trail.

    In the resort: Swimming pool, sauna, movie theater, dog sledding, ice rink, fitness center…

    Summer:
    Hiking or mountain biking on marked trails starting from the residence and throughout the Grand Massif. Equipped climbing wall in La Frasse (800m).
    Swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, archery, and tree-top adventure course in Les Carroz d’Arâches.
    Paragliding, canyoning, rafting, caving, horseback riding, and golf nearby.
    Fishing and picnic areas at Lakes Airon and Vernant (8 and 12 km).
    Cultural events and various shows in Les Carroz during the summer.

Très bon séjour dans une résidence très calme et un appartement propre et fonctionnel. Navette juste à coté de la résidence super pratique et propriétaires super sympa.

Hébergement idéalement situé, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'appartement est bien décoré et chaleureux.Nous avons pu rayonner autour du logement pour des randonnées à pieds ou en raquettes, les stations sont accessibles via des navettes. Proximité d'un petit commerce à 5 mn à pieds, avec du pain et des viennoiseries le matin.

L'appartement est bien adapté pour 3 personnes voir 4, il est très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Il est à proximité du tout dont les départs aux randonnées et du centre.

Location top

Très agréable séjour au ski. Navette gratuite à proximité qui vous emmène aux pieds des pistes. Appartement très bien conçu et pratique (nombreux rangements). Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et arrangeant. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Super séjour

Location super, il ne manque rien, tout le confort, l'hôte aux petits soins pour vous (j'ai eu besoin de ses lumières deux trois fois, la réponse était toujours super gentille), location bien équipée pour un couple, avec un enfant aussi, mais c'est une location de ski donc les lits enfants sont dans même pièce que cuisine, mais nous étions que tous les deux donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé, et je confirme location pour le ski très bien, et pour les randonneurs autres saisons très bien, il y a le choix en randonnées sans être obligé de prendre sa voiture, sauf si pour des randonneurs avertis , là oui il faut aller plus haut, Je confirme location très bien, hôte super, donc vous pouvez réserver.....

Small but functional

The check-in was absolutely smooth and easy, the apartment was clean and cosy, supplied with all you need, including washing machine and a small dish washer. The only drawback was that it was smaller than expected, in any case it can comfortably accommodate not more than 3 adults ( we were 2 adults with 1 teenager). No wardrobe to hang your clothes except on a single hanger. But this is France, in all holiday homes in France we were, there were no wardrobes, obviously because of lack of enough space. Apart from that all was perfect. There is a free shuttle ski bus stop 50 m from the apartment building, supermarket SPAR at a walking distance (5-7 min). Overall we had a good time. If we have a chance, we will be back.
