Summary:
This Extra-Large Seascape home offers panoramic ocean views! This is a second story, single level unit with breathtaking ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms-enjoy the ocean air from both private balconies! Large corner unit in the North Bluff section of the renowned Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, Ca.

The Space:
Located on the second story with access by a few small sets of stairs-step into this single level condo. one of the largest 2-bedroom units Seascape has to offer. And arguably one of the most outstanding views! Enter to find a fully stocked kitchen that includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop range and oven, dishwasher, toaster, teapot, coffee pot and Keurig! Light and bright with stainless appliances-enjoy making your favorite meal and then enjoy it on the full-sized dining room table or on the private balcony outside. The large open living room offers cross seating on two full sized couches and two comfy chairs. Perfect for nights in to play games or watch your favorite movie on the large screen tv hanging above the fireplace. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms provide ample space to spread out. Plenty of storage in the dresser and closet for your personal belongings. Both upgraded bathrooms have large counter space, one with a step-in shower and the other with a step-in tub/shower combo. The master includes a king-sized bed and private balcony.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property is on lockbox and accessible anytime. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via the Airbnb app messaging system.

SERVICE ACCESS: Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfires and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Pools and hot tub are accessible and pool towels are provided to guests in the unit.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools and jacuzzi are available, access with your key - we provide pool towels. You also can visit the restaurant and bars.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.

Getting Around:
Onsite parking is free. There are no designated parking spots, except for ADA spots of course!

This is a second story unit with stairs to the front door!

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo is provided.

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfires and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Pools and hot tub are accessible and pool towels are provided to guests in the unit.

Free Amenities: Use of pools and jacuzzi; access with your key - we provide pool towels. You also can visit the restaurant and bars.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Room keys 2 room keys are provided for your use. We charge $100 for key replacement. The front desk will not rekey lost keys. They will charge $100 per key to rekey. Be mindful of not storing them by your cellphone to avoid demagnetizing them. Be sure to put the keys back in the lock box upon departure.

Best unit we’ve stayed in at SeaScape
Beds were so comfortable (1 queen & 1 king). The black out shades on every window and door make it so wonderful for sleeping in. There are no stairs inside of this unit so there’s less worry when the kids were playing inside. Theres 2 pull out couch beds and plenty of room for everyone. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in at SeaScape & we’ve been coming every summer for years.

Beautiful Property & Ocean View
Absolutely beautiful property with a gorgeous ocean view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay....fully functional kitchen (cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc), outdoor grill, linens/towels, etc. A short walk to everything as well....beach, pool, lobby, market, shops, restaurants, etc. Easy and close parking. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed this particular unit. Both bedrooms are on same floor (not a two story unit) both bedrooms have a patio. Extra large living room with more seating. We didn’t need to contact management, but email through VRBO was timely and easily accessible.

Great property!
Extremely clean and well cared for. Property is on a hill with great ocean views. We had a fantastic stay. Just an FYI for individuals with mobility concerns that the resort paths down to beach include stairs and steep inclines.

Since we have stay at Seascape before we knew pretty what what to expect. However, check-in at 3pm was not available until almost 4pm because they were still cleaning. I understand when people do not leave at 11am but there should be enough cleaning people to have units available at 3pm. We arrived after 3 to find the unit not ready. Then they rushed the cleaning and kitchen counters and cooktop/microwave were wiped down which left everything smeared. The bathrooms mirrors were the same way. Vacuum job not great. This is a very nice unit and I will choose seascape again only next time I hope it is cleaner

Lovely Ocean Views
Spacious property with great views right next to the trail down to the beach. Private, with only one shared wall. Lots of room in the bedrooms and living room. Great balcony. The kitchen had enough things to get by, but was low on pantry supplies. There was a coffee maker, toaster oven and kettle, but no sugar. Overall, fantastic stay, would return again!

Seascape is a beautiful property close to Capitola and Santa Cruz. We enjoyed walking to the beach and Palapas restaurant in Seascape village. The condo was as described and we would definitely rent here again!

It was a big mistake to rent this property ... just kidding :-). My daughter now wanna sell her condo in Bay Area and move to Aptos. And btw this is not a joke. Everything was exceptional from initial check in to the property location with the amazing views, etc. Looking forward for the next trip!!!
