Unique 3/3 @ Seascape Beach Resort! All of the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Incredible beach views, room for the whole family and a sports package! Larger than your average Seascape unit and upgrades in every room. Play all day at the beach then come back & unwind with large screen TV's with Direct tv and streaming apps. Make your own meals in the upgraded kitchen that has everything you need to play and relax during your vacation away!

The Space:
Welcome to one of the most cherished homes in Seascape. Walk into the ground floor where you will find two luxurious bedrooms with comfortable beds-each with ample storage space so you can fully unpack and settle in for an enjoyable vacation. Two upgraded bathrooms are also downstairs one offers a walk-in tub/shower the other a custom walk-in tile shower. Each provides you with gorgeous vanity sinks with lots of counter space. Upstairs you will find an entertainer's delight with amenities that include an open floorplan, living room with big screen tv and gas fireplace and private balcony with patio seating that overlooks the ocean below. For your enjoyment there is a mini bar with beverage fridge a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and large island with seating and a large dining table. Upstairs there is also one bedroom and bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and pedestal sink. With outside views even more amazing than it's beautiful interior. Comfortably hosting up to eight guests this rare 3-bedroom 3 bath Seascape gem is sure to provide you with all you need for a wonderful vacation!

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we would need. For One member of our group it was the first time to California and seeing the Pacific Ocean so the views and access to the ocean was great! We would definitely stay again

Fabulous Place

The house was PERFECTLY clean, beautifully decorated and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. The view was exceptional and the neighborhood was very quiet (aside from house renovations a couple of houses down). We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen was WELL equipped. We had issues only with one of the tvs not working. Upstairs beds were very comfortable but the downstairs ones (bunk bed and bigger bed) reportedly were on the hard side. This house is truly a gem and we enjoyed our stay immensely - thank you!

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed at Seascape a few times before, but this was by far the best unit we've been in. Really great location on the far side, away from the hustle and bustle, right next to the cute little park and the best pool at the resort. The huge open lawn was great for the kids to run around on, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo itself was really nice too: big, well kept, and with a little more character than most. Highly recommended!

Girls weekend not relaxing at all

I have been to Seascape several times before and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The property and location was great. However, the carpets were disgusting with stains. Smell of urine and smoke. On our first night we were kept up until 3:30am with, a group of men renting the condo next-door. On our second night a new group of girls moved into the condo and stayed up all night blasting music until 5:30 AM. We had to call security three times, I called the property manager could never get a hold of them. We were about to call 91. It wasn’t until we banged on the wall for the 3rd time that the music was finally shut off. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway with my best friends for a 50th celebration and one of them was a new mom. When you go on vacation your expectations are to leave rested and relaxed. That is the complete opposite and I am furious with the way that the management has not handled the situation. It is Monday at 6:36 PM and I have not received a call back or an email back. The amount of money that we paid to stay in this place for two nights is absurd. We all walk away with feeling more exhausted than we did when we showed up. I’m hoping that the company does the right thing and will reimburse me for part of our stay. Thanks

Nothing Like the Pictures

This property was nothing like the pictures, which make it look fairly nice. We arrived at the property and the carpeting in the bedrooms was very dirty and looked quite old. There was a horrible smell of urine throughout the entire unit, especially on the main floor with the kitchen and the living room. The couch was old and badly worn and there were tears in the linens that were on the beds. The bath towels provided were very thin and flimsy and there were not enough towels in the unit. Also only one out of 3 bathrooms had body wash (which actually isn't a big deal, but just added insult to injury in this case). The listing says that this unit can sleep 8 and I disagree with that unless there are 4 small children. We had 6 adults and 2 children (8 and 4) and there was definitely not enough room for us. This unit was so bad that upon checking in, three of us left to check into a hotel to stay for the remainder of the time and we never went back. The area is quite nice, right on the beach, but that is all this property has going for it. I highly recommend that you find another place to stay.

Family reunion for grandpa‘s 79th birthday

We rented two units at Seascape resort through VRBO. All of us couldn’t fit in one. We spent time at the beach, in the pool and hot tub, and eating a tremendous amount of food. The kitchen was roomy and comfortable to maneuver with all the different meals. The management Power West was fabulous and helped us with all our large and small needs. I’m so appreciative of their service and kindness. Thank you so much!

Graduation trip

Been to Seascape many times over the last 30+ years and this was the best suite we have ever stayed in. It was great having three rooms for are whole family. Power West was a great host and solved every issue we had which was only one. would highly recommend Power West and Seascape for a fun beach vacation.
