This is our second time staying at this condo, and our family of four had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or a short drive into downtown Santa Cruz. We loved having a view of the ocean while relaxing in front of the fire. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub at the North pool. The condo had everything we needed, and both beds were very comfortable. We'd happily stay here again.

This place is fantastic. We have stayed at Seascape many times, all booked through the hotel. In all those times we have never had a unit that was done as nice as this one. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bath towels were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. Jim was fantastic to work with. You can tell he is trying to make his guests feel pampered during their stay.We will definitely return to this unit.Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing unit and very cozy!Jim sent us very helpful information and access was easy. We hiked both days on the beach and dined at Sanderlings restaurant. Being there for Halloween and baseball World Series made it extra special. Weather was better than expected, we were able to have a picnic on the beach and dipped in the ocean.Would highly recommend for a stress free get away!!

This condo is a great location on the property as I loved having the trees as part of the scenery. The view from the patio is phenomenal. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed is comfortable. The host was really nice and provided all the needed information.

We had a really enjoyable stay and the ocean view from the living room is beautiful. The suite is ideally located in the main building close to pools and a short walk to the beach.. One can enjoy relaxing or dining on the very private balcony patio. The bedroom mattress is extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains are great for good sleep. Our host, Jim, was stellar and he has thoughtfully equipped this tastefully furnished unit with everything you will need including condiments, quality linens, and beach gear. The many varieties of coffee and snacks are an added touch! He is incredibly responsive to ensure that you enjoy your stay. . I highly recommend this first-class property. We will definitely be back.!

Seascape Resort never fails and this one bedroom was the perfect location for an escape weekend and running the wharf to wharf. Clean, comfortable and really cute set up. Jim, the owner, was quick to respond and great with communication.

Very comfortable and clean! Kitchen is stocked with coffee, popcorn and other items. There was a small snack bowl and very cozy blankets for cool evenings/mornings! Beach towels, chairs, water toys and a cooler were available to use. A nice tower fan in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the central pool, grounds, and ocean beyond the trees! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for going the extra mile to make this an enjoyable experience!

Our family of four had a fabulous time at Seascape. The unit was clean and had all the accommodations we could need. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the walks around the property and the views. The walk down to the ocean is one of our favorite things. We also appreciated that the balcony looks out over the ocean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily go again.

Seascape Beach weekend getaway

We enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful weekend at this very clean and well-appointed ocean-view condo. The king size bed is super comfy and the bedding and towels are first class. The pool and hot tub are only a few yards away and the beach is just a short walk down from the building.The host, Jim, is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this rental, and will definitely return again!

Weekend getaway

Property is as advertised, very clean and the ocean view was great. Seascape is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the resort location with beach access was awesome! Our host Jim was great in communicating with us and even offered a later checkout. We will definitely come back.

Great, clean, well-appointed unit with central location, gorgeous view of ocean, short walk to pool and restaurant as well as nearby shopping and food area. Excellent communication with host. 5-10 min walk down to beach and about 20 minute drive to Boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Rio Del Mar Retreat

Had a wonderful four days at this well equipped and comfortable condo. The views of the resort, trees and ocean from the living room and outside patio were beautiful and relaxing after being out all day. The bedding and towels were first class and the closet full of beach amenities was amazing.Took some great walks along the cliffs and to the beach. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

Check in was a breeze w/ Jim's instructions and was thrilled with all of the amenities that he shared with us. The unit was spectacular with tremendous views of the sunset, and really enjoyed our weekend getaway. Can't wait to come back to our happy place!
