We give you your space to enjoy this beautiful home. However, if you need anything at all during your stay, we are just a text or phone call away.

While we are right near the edge of downtown Appleton, you don't need to worry about college ave night life. Our neighborhood is well established and quiet, with Linwood park just a block away. You can be close to the action with out all the hustle and bustle.

Off street parking can easily accommodate 2 cars with plentiful nearby street parking.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
- Absolutely NO parties. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine.
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. No Cats or other pets without express permission

Sweet home

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was clean, neat, comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There was good communication with the owner. Great maps on the upstairs walls. Loved the “travel” theme throughout the house.

Older house but great space

Stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The house is an older house but has lots of character and is very quaint! Plenty of space and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. My one suggestion would be new mattresses.

We enjoyed our visit a lot. . The location is very convenient and the house is very comfortable - we loved that it has old house charm. It has all amenities you may want - we were not lacking anything. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Relaxing and quiet

Overall this is a great house. Some things to keep in mind are as follows - no clocks or radio upstairs, air conditioners are window only, wood flooring makes a lot of noise as it is an older house, refrigerator freezes everything so be careful what you have in there, basement stairs have no railing to hold on to, no tea for kerig only coffee.
