Villa Sea Breeze is a tranquil and modern house in the popular location of Kalyves, 19km from Chania and 40km from Rethymno.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with sliding doors that opens up to a terrace where you can dine al fresco whilst taking in the views of Souda Bay. From the terrace you can access the swimming pool and relax in the sun or shade on the comfortable loungers. Also on the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and wc.

The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, both with floor to ceiling sea views and two beautiful bathrooms. Both bedrooms open up onto a large terrace, where you can lounge and take in both the sea and mountain views.

The lower floor consists of two further double bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a steam room, gym area, courtyard and washing machine.

There is private parking with an electric gate at the front of the property.
