This luxurious property sits on the hillside over looking Almirida.Just 4min walk from the lovely sandy beach of Almirida. The fabioulus swimming pool has the most panoramic views over the Aegean sea and the white mountains. The large terrace around the pool is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Two bicycles, for adventure couple to have sightseeing to the village, are provided. Tavernas and cafes are just 10 min walk, while the Historical Venetian Port of Chania City is 25min. drive.
Special Mediterranean cooking and healthy Creten tastes might be discovered in the neraby villages of Apokoronaw. The owner of the studio is specialist in organising fabulous parties and events, and cooking celebrations cakes....Everything at this studio are in style.....for offering you un unforgetable stay!


The virgin open air and the green hills around Almyrida are ideal places for walkers. However, there are many inland villages which are very interesting such us Kalyves with the old stone houses, the river 'Xydes' that passes through the village and the traditional water mill at the square of the village one of the first used in the prefecture. It is worth seeing the ruins of the ancient town Ippokoronion on the hill named Kastelli. See the venetian oil press construction in NEO CHORIO village, KOKKINO CHORIO with the very interesting 'galleries' tunnels constructed by the Germans during the occupation of the island as well as the manufacture of hand-made glass. Do not forget VAMOS historic village known for the very often revolts against the Ottoman dominants and XIROSTERNI, SOURI, PALAILONI and DRAPANOS where you will find many interesting churches. In every village, take place many several cultural activities, music evenings and artistic exhibitions as well as many local feasts panigiri.

We’ve traveled all over the world and this was one of the best views we’ve ever had! Roxane is a wonderful host. We arrived after a long flight and she had wine, beer and snacks all ready for us and surprised us a day later with some local pies. The pool was lovely and the steps right down to the beach were great. Many wonderful restaurants and markets within walking distance. Loved this charming apartment and Almyrida. We will definitely be back!

Heaven on Crete! This place was absolutely perfect for my family of 3. The name "studio" is misleading as it has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities we could have needed for our week long stay. Full kitchen with coffee and tea makers, blender, toaster, mini fridge. Roxane even left some snacks, fruit, water, juice and bottle of wine which were much appreciated as our flight got in late and we didn't have the opportunity to shop our first night. Location: This was the BEST part! Roxane's apartment overlooks the beautiful town of Amlyrida and the Souda Bay, with gorgeous sunsets each night. The steps behind the pool lead right down to the beach and main road right into town with LOTS of delicious restaurant choices, bakeries, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. The town is quaint and easy to navigate; a perfect location just 40 minutes from Chania and easy drive to other tourist attractions--though if you wanted to stay in Amlyrida your whole stay it would be easy to do! The pool overlooking the bay is picturesque, clean, and a great spot to relax in the sun (or shade!). Host: Roxane was so accommodating and replied quickly to any questions we had. She offered many great restaurant recommendations. Very welcoming! We couldn't have asked for anything more and hope to come back soon!

A slice of paradise

A beautiful, luxurious villa with stunning sea views. The pictures don't do the villa justice, the first time you walk in it takes your breath away! Just a short walk down some private steps to the sea front and to the local town with some fantastic restaurants, tavernas and gelato shop. Roxanne was brilliant - informative and friendly and gave us some great tips for some of the best spots to try for ourselves. Would recommend to anyone to book! It's a real slice of paradise.

STUNNING ! Fabulous time !!

We stayed in Thea apartment (1 of 3). Roxani is a wonderful host, arranged taxi from airport .. she was at apartment as soon as we arrived and on hand for any questions and gave suggestions for trips. The apartment was spotless. Views amazing … magnificent large pool … shared with the other two apartments but that was completely fine. So much outside space it felt like we had a large villa to ourselves. It was actually nice to have a bit of interaction with the other guests but we were all also quite separate. Holiday was perfect. highlights … Lake Kournas,(saw sweet Terapins in lake ) Village of Gavalochio and Aptera amphitheatre. Speed boat round caves with snorkelling. The as just simply perfect ! We will be back !!!!

Brilliant holiday

The Studio has an amazing view across the bay it literally takes your breath away. The pool is wonderful with plenty of very comfy seating and cushions. The apartment was perfectly clean and cleaner attended 3 times during our 10 day stay. Bed extremely comfortable. Roxanii and her staff make you so welcome, and are so helpful. Local restaurants all good too. The car was a must so we could get about. Definitely will be going back.

Séjour parfait !!! Vue splendide et aménagement cosy .Piscine privée fantastique. L'emplacement idyllique. Plage directement accessible par des escaliers. Seul bémol, partage immeuble avec un autre logement de 10 personnes parfois fort bruyant !

Lovely apartment, with an amazing view

Stayed for a week in this lovely place, Roxani the owner went out of her way to help us with a small problem at the start of our holiday. (Thank you Roxani, you made our week in Crete a real pleasure) The apartment we had was well equipped, and lovely and clean. The pool was fab, although a little cold in the mornings, but as they say it was lovely once you were in. The view was amazing, boats of all descriptions coming and going, amazing sunsets, and we even watched a submarine heading out to see on one occasion. All in all a great place to stay if you want to watch boats and yachts coming and going, read a book, or just chill, I can’t think of a nicer place to do just that.

Beautiful accommodation and views!

The property is beautifully presented, well maintained and clean. Roxani makes you feel so welcome, and is very happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The property is in a perfect location to make the most of the stunning views, as well as access to the restaurants, shops and the beach. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Terasse und Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht und dennoch vergleichsweise zentraler Lage, d.h alle Läden und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Dingen gut ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es bestens gefallen, wir können die Wohnung unseren besten Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful Appartement with fantastic view

We never had such a fantastic view! We were there with our daughter, 4 years old. The appartement is clean and beautiful and more than enough space for us. It all fits together, the appartement, the outside table, the pool area, the way to the beach, ... In case we come back to Crete, it will be this appartement!

Beautiful apartment with fabulous views.

We loved this apartment. There is an excellent swimming pool just outside with our own private patio and poolside loungers. There are just over 100 steps down to sea level and a lovely sandy bay and Almyrida skirts it. It's relatively quiet, but we visited in the first days of September.

Vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Souda, piscine de rêve et accès à la plage et au village par des escaliers. Très tranquille, appartement vraiment très agréable et joliment meublé avec goût, comme sur les photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, bien relax.
