River s Edge West Downtown Studio

River s Edge West is located in the heart of downtown Apalachicola near Oyster City Brewery and night life. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa which can easily accommodate four travelers. The coffee bar constructed of old river cypress has under counter refrigerator, coffee station and hot plate for your convenience. Your room is located on the second floor of the newly constructed building. Entrance is via the street side entrance and stairwell. You must be able to navigate stairs since we do not have an elevator to the second story. Your private bathroom has a walk in shower with glass tile block, river rock and porcelain tile to relax in after a day at the beach or a night on the town. Tastefully decorated but not frumpy River s Edge West has the feel of old Apalachicola.

Nice Place

Rivers Edge West was a very nice place located only a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for your stay. The lady in the shop was very nice and helpful.

Very nice stay

We loved the area and location. Right within walking distance of downtown. Live music at night and close enough to St.George Island to ride right over to beach. Very clean property and provided everything we needed for our brief stay. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Never disappointed

New Favorite

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. We visit Apalachicola annually and always try to stay in the downtown area. This unit is new and we found that it had everything that we needed. Note that it is not equipped for cooking, but with all of the dining options available and our short stay, the lack of a kitchen was not a factor. The owner does provide a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. That was all that we needed. Donna even provided coffee for guests to use as well. We will certainly try and stay there on our next visit.
