"夜だと駐車場の場所がわかりにくい。 駐車場の場所も写真があるとわかりやすかった。 対応してくれたスタッフは外国の方でしたが、駐車場の場所や、受付の対応が誠実でとてもよかった。 大浴場があり、疲れた体が癒やされた。 お風呂に入りたい！って人にはおすすめ！ 部屋もキレイ。USB充電が１カ所しかないので１人以外の宿泊アダプターを持参するのをおすすめします"

"Wonderful room with great amenities. We had a larger corner room and the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of beverages. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. Great central location - walkable to temple and train station."

"Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. ..."
