I used an ND16 medium graduated filter to hold down the exposure of the sky and a polarizer to knock down the glare on the water a bit.

A picturesque large pond in the Monadnock region of western New Hampshire. Heard a lot of loons but too far away to get a photo. This picture was taken about 530am in mid-August. It was taken with a Canon 80D at 18mm, f/16, ISO 100 at 30 seconds. No filters.

Host was communicative and helpful with some specific questions we had. The apartment was in a cute older house, nicely updated and set up for guests. Everything was nicely labeled to be easy to find. The hot tub was great as well!

The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home.
