We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean. Rooms were clean, air conditioners were very effective, wash rooms were neat. We were on the upper level hence had to carry luggage but as were travelling light it was fine.
