Unfortunately it was very hot when we visited and didn’t have much airflow in our room. Everything was easy and wonderful though. "These apartments were amazing. They were clean. Very nicely designed, had everything you needed. Parking says it is included but it was not but they have private garages for your vehicle. Because the area is restricted driving. No cars around the area unless it is permitted. It would be nice if the hotel had a golf cart or something to help with luggage as parking is far away. But other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel apartments."

"The property is centrally located right in the middle of the old town however there is a climb of steps to get to the hotel. Unfortunately there was no on-site parking and the parking lot was located approximately 8 to 10 minutes uphill on cobblestones streets. Very difficult if you have luggage. Paid extra for offsite Parking approximately $15CDN/day. I paid extra to upgrade my room to the Comfort room, unfortunately this space was located below ground level. The room itself was beautiful...

"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...

"When I went to the original accommodation, it was empty. I called and someone picked me up - they had upgraded me to the main hotel, but didn't have my number to contact me."
