Very nice 2-room apartment of 46 m2, renovated. It offers all the necessary comfort for an excellent stay.

It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a small secure condominium, located 10 minutes walk from Antibes train station. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Enjoy a refurbished interior, with double glazing and reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The apartment is composed of a bright living room, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
The apartment also has a beautiful TERRACE, sunny in the morning, equipped with a dining table and garden furniture. You can enjoy your meals outside.

Comfort: the BEDROOM is equipped with a 160x200 bed, bed base and mattress of very good quality. It also includes a large closet, as well as a desk/dressing table.

The LIVING ROOM has a sofa bed with a 140x190 mattress.
Dining table for 4 people, TV (TNT channels available).

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals: 2 ceramic hobs, a fridge freezer, a combi microwave oven, and a dishwasher.
We also provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.

The modern BATHROOM is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink with mirror, a heated towel rail. Hairdryer provided.
Washing machine.

• Cleaning:

A cleaning fee is included in the price of your stay. Each room will be cleaned with care before your arrival.

We provide bed linen (for 2 or 4) free of charge, as well as towels (1 large towel/person, 1 small towel/person and 1 bath mat).
On arrival, the bed in the room will be made for more comfort.

We also provide you with everything you need to make your installation easier: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 sponge, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 hand soap.

We thank you for returning the apartment in good condition: empty bins, bed linen and towels in the laundry basket.

The apartment is located in a residential area, a 10-minute walk from Antibes train station.
Many bus lines are accessible at the Antibes bus station, located just above the SNCF station.

All essential shops are close to the apartment: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, mini-market.
The beach, the port and the old town of Antibes are within walking distance.

It is possible to park for free on the street of the residence.
