## Neighborhood

With its location close to the beaches and transport, you will be able to access many of the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous; among them, you will have the casino (10 min walk), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan festival takes place (15 min walk), or the port with its nautical activities (25 min walk). You will also be close to the many bars, restaurants and nightclubs that liven up the seaside resort. In about 20 minutes walk, you will reach the heart of the old town of Antibes where you can enjoy its Provencal market, its various museums and other centres of interest. Finally, for a moment of relaxation, you can enjoy the garden of the Pinède with its squirrels at 15 minutes or simply an invigorating nap on the terrace of the accommodation.
