Luxury apartment, perfect for beach and exploring Juan-les-Pins and Antibes,

Perfectly situated in the centre of Juan-les-Pins, just off the seafront (100 metres) this 85m2, two-bedroom apartment is ideal for access to the Riviera’s best sandy beaches (private and public). There are plenty of restaurants and local shops located just outside the apartment.

Located on the second floor of a new, luxury apartment building, the flat is modern, spacious and fully-equipped to a good standard. It is also fully-soundproofed, with electric shutters and integrated air conditioning.

It has two bedrooms with wardrobes and king-size beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet. There is an underground garage, with a locking door.

Parfaitement situé au centre de Juan les Pins, à 100 mètres du bord de mer, ce trois pièces de 85 m² est idéal pour l’accès aux plus belles plages de sable de la Riviera (privées et publiques). Il y a de nombreux restaurants, commerces et boutiques tout près.

Au deuxième étage d’un immeuble de luxe, moderne, il est spacieux et aménagé avec un équipement de haute gamme. Il est complètement insonorisé avec des volets électriques et une climatisation intégrée. Il y a deux chambres avec placards et très grands lits. Chacune a sa propre salle de bains.

L’appartement a un garage souterrain avec porte verrouillable.

A great 2 BR/2BA full kitchen with 1 car garage space in a great location ! Walkable to everywhere and well kept ! If I come back to Antibes will definitely stay here again !Unfortunately there was much construction in town ( which has nothing to do with the property )- will be great when construction is finished

situation parfaite, à 150 m de la mer, des commerces de quartier ( boucher, pain, bouffe bons restso ( 2 ) et de la gare; très sécuritaire ( garage verrouillé ) portes contrôlées. Un bon ménage des planchers requis. Cuisine assez bien équipée mais pas pour de gros repas.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

Spacious, clean city apartment with everything needed for a break on the Côte d’Azur. Apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. It is 50 metres from the beach and restaurants. Apartment has an underground lock up garage so we were able to leave the car there and travel up and down the coast by rail. The station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Alex, the host, was super responsive. Would most certainly stay again if in the area.

Beautiful apartment

This was very true to the description of being luxury. It was very nice clean and spacious.very nicely stocked and very convenient to the beautiful beach and restaurants and train station. Very responsive hosts. I can’t wait to return.

Fabulous apartment in Juan-Les-Pins.

Just one block from the sea, the apartment is spacious (larger than the photos) and immaculately clean. There are cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The train station is a few blocks away and you can easily move around the coast from Monaco to Grasse. This is an excellent apartment for a family or two couples, in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay in a prime location

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Juan-Les-Pins. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with an abundance of restaurants, bakeries, and stores nearby. All the previous reviews were spot on. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment was remarkably quiet, thanks to excellent sound insulation. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. If you love the area of Juan-Les-Pins, don’t hesitate to book this place. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zum öffentlichen Strand. 50 Meter entfernt findet man einen Bäcker und 2 kleine Supermärkte. Das Appartement ist sauber und und sehr leise. Sehr Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Excellent apartment but the restriction to not use oven for any fatty foods or basically don’t want it dirty is very strange! For us it was fine as we don’t cook whilst away but if we were a family I am sure we would have wanted cooked meals at the apt. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend

Great place, perfect location

I stayed here with my mother and sister. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space and having two bathrooms was great. The apartment was very conveniently located to the beach, bus stops and train station, restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the owner was good, we had numerous delays on the way and Alex responded right away as I updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location/beautiful spot

We loved our stay in Juan Les Pins! Apartment was clean and modern, and in a great location - just a block to the beach and to the JLP train station, which made for easy trips to Monaco and Eze. Pirate Bakery and fruit stand just up the block were amazing, great restaurants everywhere, very safe and comfortable building. Highly recommend!

Superbe appartement

Appartement très bien agencé. Le garage est un + Le bord de de mer à 150m et les commerces à proximité. Maryse et Thierry nous ont très bien accueillis et ont réglé le problème de cafetière et de télévision très rapidement. Encore merci à eux. Cet appartement est à conseillé vivement pour découvrir la côte d'azur.

Amazing condo in Juan Les pins!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is wonderful. It was clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were big and comfortable. The location is outstanding- 5 minute walk from the main Juan-les-pins beach and close to a few excellent restaurants. There was also a fruit store, bakery and fromagerie within close walking distance. It has all the essential appliances like dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, etc. also has very secure underground parking included. My only suggestion would be to include some more items such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner etc. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Antibes was also our favourite city in the French Riviera! We hope to be back one day!

Beautiful condo

This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

Again and again with pleasure

It was perfect and exactly as described. Just a few steps to the beach promenade, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Alex and the local agency is uncomplicated and response times are short. Check-in and check-out are equally straightforward. For those arriving by car. We have never experienced such a spacious underground car park. We can definitely recommend the apartment. Es war perfekt und genau wie beschrieben. Nur wenige Schritte zur Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Alex und der örtlichen Agentur ist unkompliziert und die Reaktionszeiten sind kurz. Check-in und Check-out sind gleichermaßen unkompliziert. Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Eine so großzügige Tiefgarage haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Appartement bien situé, gare à 10 minutes à pied. Très bien insonorisé, près de la mer. Beaucoup de commodités et d'accessoires dans la cuisine pour préparer de bons repas, tout y est. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
