The living and sleeping room is comfortably furnished and includes a double sofabed measuring 140 cm, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony. The dedicated bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is open-plan and fully integrated into the living space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and a separate WC is also provided. The apartment further benefits from a furnished balcony, offering an inviting outdoor space for relaxation.
