Alles hat super gut geklappt, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Wunderschönes charmantes Haus, abseits gelegen, Ruhe pur, der Garten ist unglaublich. Und der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Selbst nach einem ganzen Monat dort mit meiner Familie war jeder Tag in diesem Haus eine Freude.

Tranquility

Such a beautiful area, peaceful & surrounded by nature.Clean house, easy to get to ( you need a car), good communication with Jose, 15-19 mins to Antequera. The pool is perfect for summer time. Just book it, you will enjoy it.

If you're looking for relaxed peaceful acomodation look no further, this is the best you can ask for. The house has everything you need for peaceful holiday. View from the property grounds are just magnificient. We stayed there for a week in Feb, and will return soon again. Thank you very much to Jose Antonio and his parents for allowing us to stay in this beautifull villa.

This property is gorgeous! The space, the views, the lovely owners who responded immediately to any questions. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped. The pool was a welcome respite from the hot weather. And as a bonus - Missy the lovely cat who came to keep us company

Lugar para perderse del estress

Es la segunda vez que alquilo a esta propietaria (Puri), y sus dos casas son espectaculare y el trato con ella de 10. Seguiremos repitiendo.

Wunderschön und gemütlich!! Mit Kamin kann man das Haus gut beheizen (wir waren Ende Dezember dort). Man kann früh morgens auf den Berg hinten Haus wandern und Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Mittags zieht ein freundlicher Hirte mit Ziegen vorbei. Abends Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Pool. Und extra Bonus ist die Hauskatze, die gerne kuschelt.

Lovely villa with fantastic location and views

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine. Jose and his family were very helpful with the few minor problems that we had and they sorted them immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again if we are coming to the area. Excellent value for money

Really lovely house and grounds in a beautiful location. Excellent views over the valley and to the mountains beyond. Sitting outside at sunset is worth the booking alone. House had everything we needed. Pool perfectly useable in October if you bring a wetsuit! Loved the wandering goats. Good grocery store in Villanueva. Good food at Hotel Fuente del Sol. El Torcal well worth a visit. Many thanks to the host. We will be back.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool

Wir waren 10 Tage(ende Juni) in dem Haus von jose. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre mag wird hier 100% nicht enttäuscht! Der Pool und der garten sind ein Traum! Das einzige Problem war unser Mietwagen (Fiat 500) der kam den Berg kaum hoch….

Séjour en Andalousie en famille

Agréable séjour en Andalousie avec notre famille. Le logement était conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine compte tenu de la météo et des températures fraîches. Un conseil pour les futurs voyageurs : évitez de venir en Andalousie durant la semaine sainte si vous n'êtes pas fan du monde et des processions

Absolut erholsam

Das Haus war penibel sauber. Es liegt sehr ruhig, am Ende eines Privatweg, direkt am Hang. Den Wocheneinkauf sollte man großzügig planen, für Kleinigkeiten gibt es in La Joya einen MiniMarket. Für Teenager: 1a wlan Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Und der Pool ist wirklich so groß wie auf dem Bild.

Gezellig, verzorgd huis met prachtige vergezichten

We hebben een heerlijke week in de herfstvakantie gehad met ons gezin met oudere pubers. Het huis is goed onderhouden, schoon met 3 slaapkamers met fijne bedden en boven een kleine, 2e badkamer. Ook de tuin en zwembad keurig onderhouden, het water voor nu helaas te koud. Fijne buitenruimte onder afdak met bbq en binnen open haard en grote smart-tv voor de filmliefhebber. In de buurt genoeg te doen. Fijn centraal gelegen

Vue imprenable

Nous avons passé de très agréables moments dans cette maison. Les équipements sont suffisants et la salle de vie est spacieuse. Suite à la tempête, des coulées de boue ont envahie les terrasses. Des personnes très aimables sont intervenues rapidement pour remettre en ordre la propriété. Si cela se présentait, nous serions heureux de revenir dans cette maison.

Wirklich perfekt

Es ist wirklich alles traumhaft und perfekt. Geschockt bin ich allerdings davon, dass man das Objekt auf einem vergleichbaren spanischen Portal 1/3 günstiger buchen kann, aber das scheint ja mittlerweile System zu haben. Fühlt sich halt am Ende einfach nicht gut an.

Idyllic *****

We loved the villa, the pool, the area and the hosts. The villa is full of character and very well furnished, not the usual ‘cast-offs’ we usually get in properties in this area and price range. The pool was a great size and depth and bug free thanks to the ever active pool bot. Great seating areas inside and outside of the sun and air conditioning in the main lounge area too. Kitchen was well equipped and our hosts said we could help ourselves to the vegetables in the garden. Jose and his family were very kind, helpful and yet discrete. We will be back - if only to idle away another week relaxing in the hammock, watching the eagles fly above our heads and the sun set over the mountains. And one last note - very few wasps!!!

What a beautiful house! I would recommend anyone who loves Mountain Views and calm and peaceful area’s to book this house. The owners are really kind and they work really hard to make you have an excellent holiday. Laying in the hammock watching over the mountains is something you will not experience many times in your life. The pool was a bit cold during our stay (first two weeks of September) but also a welcoming cooling dive during hot weather.The house is well equipped and has comfortable sofa’s. We slept well in the king size bed in the main bedroom, where they also had a baby bed ready for our 6 months old baby with a very comfortable mattress. Attached to the main bedroom you also have a nice bathroom and a walk-in closet! The photo’s you see on VRBO are exactly as the house is in reality.There are some small shops for your daily needs nearby (within 15 minutes drive) for bigger needs you will have to go to Antequera (which is 30 minutes away from the house). And make sure you have a (rental) car that can handle the steep roads in the area. Thank you José and family for all your efforts to make our holiday very comfortable.

Great house with much space around. Very quite, no direkt neighbours. Jose is very helpful and caring even when it comes to topics not directly dealing with the house.The only minor thing is that in case someone is moving in the upper rooms, this can be heared in the rooms below. This should be considered especially, when traveling with kids.

Een droomverblijf

Cottage La Joya is een absolute droom, prachtig privé gelegen, met een tuin om u tegen te zeggen en een groot zwembad. Het huis zelf heeft iets van een Zwitserse chalet en alles wat nodig is om een super vakantie te hebben is aanwezig. In de omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen doen. Bezoek zeker El Torcal, Antequera en de dolmen!

Une maison pleine de charme au milieu de nulle part ! On adore !

Tout était réellement parfait ! Tout petit bémol : un salon d’extérieur et des transats plus confortables seraient vivement appréciés. Nous en avons parlé au propriétaire, il s’en occupe 👍
