Fully renovated modern 3 bedroom apartment with great sea views. Free WIFI
All rooms are very spacious and bright with modern fixtures and fittings
All bedrooms have smart TV and built in storage space
All the beds have extra thick luxury mattresses for a great nights sleep the beds are made up as super king size but are zip and link style so can be converted to singles to accommodate different groups all beds are made as super king size unless specified at time of booking
The property is suitable for family’s couples and golfers
The property is situated over 2 floors, stunning sea views from front of property
The lounge and kitchen is open plan style so all guest are all together in one room
The kitchen is fully equipped with built in appliances and induction hob
The lounge has modern furnishings and has a 50 inch smart TV and also has an Amazon Echo with beautiful sea views from the lounge window
The garden is in front of the property and enjoys sunshine all day
There is a small courtyard at the back of the property that is private and sheltered which is great to relax and unwind on an evening
There is a large storage space under the stairs where golf clubs can be stored
The central heating is controlled by Hive heating. Pets are welcome on request pet fee charges apply, £40 per pet, per stay, maximum 2 small dogs

Fabulous family weekend

Lovely apartment in beautiful village right on the sea. Apartment had everything we needed with extremely comfortable beds. Great for our family weekend of 6 adults with loads of space and storage if you need it. Host Caroline was extremely helpful responding very quickly to any questions and when the toaster went on the blink, she went out of her way to ensure we had another one before the next morning for breakfast. We visited the Ship Inn in Elie for dinner on the Saturday one of the suggestions by Caroline which was lovely and offers a courtesy bus again information from Caroline which allowed us to have a car free evening. Would highly recommend this fabulous apartment and would definitely visit again if in the area.

A tranquil haven

We loved the immaculate apartment and serene views. My 29-year old son and I were delighted with the quaint village, proximity to lovely day trips up the coast, and the feeling of truly being a resident and not simply a tourist. Must say the walk-in shower was wonderful! We truly look forward to returning with my wife and other son, who unfortunately were not able to make the trip this year.

Met our needs perfectly.

Foursome for golf in the area stayed 2 nights, and Reflections couldn’t have been any more well suited to our needs. A great, but quiet location with all the needed amenities. Caroline was superbly attentive and responsive.

High standard of accommodation

Great venue for exploring Fife and St Andrews. Beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable, modern accommodation with easy parking. Ideal for a short break or longer stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
