Hutzelbuck House and Apartment... in an idyllic, green setting near Ansbach

Our lodging is located in a small village—Käferbach—centrally situated between Ansbach, Herrieden, and Aurach.
Käferbach is nestled in a lush valley that’s perfect for short walks.
The Accommodation
Our accommodation consists of one room with a kitchen, dining, and sleeping area, plus a private bathroom just for you. The total size of the accommodations are 25 square meters, similar to a tiny house.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a microwave with a convection and grill function that can easily be used to prepare small meals such as pizza or pre-baked rolls. The cooktop is a self-contained unit.
Drinks are available in the apartment for a small additional fee; a welcome drink is free :). Tea and filter coffee are free.

The bed measures 1.40 x 2.00 m and is equipped with a high-quality spring mattress, ensuring that even two people can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.

All windows in our apartment are equipped with insect screens so you can enjoy a peaceful stay without any pesky bugs.

Internet speed is 100 Mbit/s (available via Wi-Fi & Ethernet).
The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, which includes Netflix. You can also enjoy “traditional” TV on our Fire TV Stick.

Right next to the vacation cottage, you’ll find a small terrace just for yourselves. :)

Free parking is available right on the property.
You’re welcome to store your bikes in our garage and charge them there if needed.
Guest Access
You’ll have the entire building to yourselves :)

On our large 4,200-square-meter property, you’re sure to find a lovely spot in the garden to relax.
Additional important information
Our accommodations are designed for 2 people. We’re happy to make an exception for children ;)

You’re welcome to bring your dog; a cleaning fee applies for your dog.
Our property is fully fenced; if you bring your dog, feel free to let it run around freely :)

You’re welcome to charge your electric car at our wall box (Type 2, 11 kW) for a fee.

Heating: The heating is on during the winter months (max. 23 degrees), has a nighttime temperature reduction, and is controlled via SmartHome (monitoring of temperature and window status). Hot water is not heated at night. The use of personal heating devices is not permitted.

For stays of 4 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a security deposit of 200€ in cash or by credit card upon arrival—but we will inform you of this in advance.

In the event of excessive soiling of the accommodation, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of up to 200€ (net).
If you smoke inside the accommodation, we will charge a special cleaning fee of up to 200€ (net).
