"My stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown FW location was the most wonderful experiences I've ever had.
Starting with the front desk Joel was on shift and was welcoming friendly and made checking in and out as easy as it gets extremely great customer service a ball out of the park homerun for Joel.
Prefacing this next well deserved praise with this it was during an ice storm and a competition to boot so the hotel was needless to say swamped.
So I went down to the first floor bar and dining area...

"This is the best motel 6 i have ever lodged at. From the front desk to housekeeping the staff are kind understanding and accommodating. Thank you motel 6 lake worth for a great stay. Rooms were clean as was tge entire hotel. Not once did i see a staff member be rude when aske for anything. The entire hotel was sold out and your staff did an amazing job at making us feel prioritized the entire stay. Keep up the good work guys! 5 stars no doubt"
