With a surface area of 36 square meters, this furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure character building without elevator.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with TV and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
In the bedroom: 1 double bed and a mezzanine offering 2 single beds (⚠️ little height under ceiling).
You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc...
This makes it an ideal base to discover Annecy!

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

🗝 Accessibility
Access is done autonomously in order to leave you any flexibility on your arrival times, from 4pm. The Conciergerie du Lac will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel quality sheets & towels)
Guests have access to all the rooms of the apartment and can use all the facilities as they please.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

🏘 Neighbourhood
The apartment is located on rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic centre of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The neighborhood is very lively with its local and other products shops, restaurants or wine bar. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.
