Located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town, (5 minutes from the lake, 10 minutes from the train station on foot), this charming studio of 25m² with mezzanine will bring you the necessary comfort for your stay. Strolling through the streets of "Little Venice", swim in turquoise waters, or walk on her there.

Housing
The studio has been partially refurbished and refreshed with care. It is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town close to the Palais de l'Isle, on the 2nd floor. The street offers many restaurant and bar as well as shops. The view from the studio with an inner courtyard and behind the castle. Parking is nearby.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. A new mattress 140x190 and a sofa bed 120x190 nine also. The kitchen is equipped with fridge (+ freezer), microwave combination oven, cast iron plate.
The linen is provided.
No smoking in the studio.

transport network
From the studio you can move without any foot problem in Annecy as well as buses. The station is also 10 minutes walk. In addition, we offer two bikes with baby gate if necessary and requested.

Appartement parfait comme sur annonce. Vraiment bien placé à côté du lac et de la vieille ville. Appartement au calme et très propre. Pratique pour récupérer clé à l arrivée et propriétaire arrangeant. On reviendra l année prochaine c est sûr.

The studio was completely remodeled in a very charming way, and decorated nicely. Appreciated having all the things one requires when prepping a simple meal if on the go or headed out to explore. The bed was comfortable. There is a ladder to reach the bed in a loft, and 3 flights of stairs to reach the suite, for anyone with mobility issues this should be considered. Loved my stay, and look forward to next time!.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Nachteil: Anfahrt mit Auto nicht möglich. Es muss auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen geparkt werden. Es gab in der Nähe einen, der nach 19 Uhr und vor 10 Uhr kostenfrei war.

La localisation est parfaite en plein centre de la ville piétonne et à proximité du lac. Logement propre et fonctionnel. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de laveuse, tel que mentionné dans l’annonce, mais des laveries à proximité. De plus il n’y a pas de grille-pain.

This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in.

We had a lovely stay here the location is right in the heart of the old town but once in the apartment it was very peaceful the only negative point is the shower could do with an update as looking a bit past it's best

Superbe séjour

Je suis très contente de mon séjour Le logement est superbe,très calme,bien équipé ,très propre.en pleins Centre de la ville ca c est le top .les propriétaire sont très a l écoute.et l'agence aussi. Juste un petit mot Il manque quelques petite chose A mettre des draps,et couverture. Surtout a certaines périodes.. De la saison. Je vous le recommande 💯👍

Really great location

We loved where the studio is located- right in the heart of old town Annecy. Wonderful for walking around and enjoying the lake, town, and markets. We were disappointed, however, to arrive at such an unclean place- the floor wasn’t swept, I stepped in a puddle of water on the floor, the shower and shower curtain were very moldy, and the dishes were not clean. It’s pretty terrible to have traveled very far to arrive to a rental in that condition, then have to clean it. That felt extremely uncomfortable and it really affected our experience in Annecy. The wifi wouldn’t work, although the host did try to communicate with us to get it going.

Can't Beat The Location

This place is a little small, but not short on charm. Has the basics that you need but the true star is the location. Walking right out into the Annecy Old Town felt like something out of a movie. You have a very convenient keypad access right in the street off the river and a short walk up to the room. Keep in mind there's a slight tunnel and a few sections of stairs that could potentially make things difficult. The shuttered window leading out to a shared courtyard was wonderfully atmospheric and we loved listening to the sound of the rain through the windows. The area was quiet and private, we only saw one other person on the stairs during our entire stay. The wifi wasn't working during our stay which may be a dealbreaker for some but we were too distracted by the beauty of the area to notice too much.

Studio in Annecy Vielle Ville

This was the perfect location for us and the studio is located in one of the very traditional old buildings just underneath the Chateau which was very interesting for us, although a little cramped. The only downside was that the internet login given in the blurb in the studio was not correct and so we couldn't connect. Tried calling the phone number indicated for assistance, but couldn't get a response. It later turned out that the owner was away at the time, so I should have used the Vrbo chat for contact - but I couldn't connect to the internet!! However, this wasn't a big deal as we were out skiing most of the time. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the experience of staying in the Old Town.
