"Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. "Every member of the staff made me feel welcome. They offered assistance, just because. I offered a tip to one employee who went out of her way to help me. She smiled and said "Oh no, I'm not helping you for a tip, I just like helping". My stay covered 4 nights. Consistantly felt welcome. Room very clean. Food selections met my dietary needs. All very good."
