  • Our favorite part of this home is its unbeatable location in downtown Annapolis (DTA)- with private parking. You can walk everywhere:restaurants, pubs, the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John's College, Annapolis Sailing School, and more.

    This historic row house is ideally situated just five houses up from Ego Alley, one block from Main Street and only a short 4-minute walk to visit your Mid at the Naval Academy.

    The home features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing a meal or Thanksgiving dinner if you decide to stay in. It's also a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring Annapolis.

    While rich in historic charm, the row house has been thoughtfully updated with custom bathrooms, new beds, and fresh bedding for a comfortable stay. We are excited to share our home so you can experience Historic Annapolis WITHOUT THE HASSLE OF SEARCHING FOR PARKING.

The house was great - clean, well decorated, comfortable beds. The location is perfect being right downtown. Having a parking spot was a plus. Tge property owner was easy to reach, welcoming and helpful.

The house was fabulous…the look and feel made it feel like home. It was also an amazing location…easy to access all the beautiful harbor spots and of course USNA! And to continue on the exceptional experience was the host (s). Shari and Kellie were phenomenal going above and beyond on questions and providing knowledge. Thank you so much! Perfect for parents weekend

This house was perfect for hanging out all weekend with our son at USNA. It was a few minute walk to the gate and loved having parking and not needing to drive! The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We will definitely stay again!

*Perfect* place for a long weekend

Location is perfect, the owner was super proactive and helpful, start to finish, and even included some really nice touches (e.g., snacks). The place is incredibly cozy, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Hope to stay here on our next visit.

Wonderful home and location

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable for our family's stay. The location was amazing - so close to the USNA and everywhere in town. Shari was so helpful with information about the USNA and the local area. We look forward to our next stay!

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a great visit in Annapolis and this rental was the icing on the cake. It is the perfect location right downtown and is walking distance to all of the restaurants, attractions and shopping. The unit is very comfortable and well decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location and home filled with everything you need! We had the best time with my parents exploring Annapolis and spending time on the upstairs deck. We parked our car and didn’t move it until check-out!

Adorable and well-appointed

The location is perfect - downtown Annapolis is at the doorstep and pleasantly walkable. The parking spot is a huge bonus. The property itself has been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are exceptionally well done. The owners seem to have anticipated every need in advance of our arrival. Perfect stay!
