This is an ideal location for those coming to town for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or looking to experience the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay.

This was an absolute gem of a home in Annapolis. It met every one of our needs for our visit with our midshipmen for this quick weekend stay. We loved the backyard lit with string lights on the cool evenings, had meals outside and enjoyed the fall weather, the beds were extremely comfortable and we were missing nothing! We were able to do laundry while there, which was an added bonus! The only two aspects of the rental that weren’t ideal, yet were clearly stated in the description online, are the tiny bathroom and the remote parking. We made both work though, and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful Sisters weekend getaway at this property. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent—any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to do while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4 day stay, and we would be happy to return.”

Clean house and great location to town. Very easy to walk to everything. House had everything we needed for our family and young kids. Keep in mind there’s no onsite parking, but they do provide garage parking about a 10min walk away.

Pretty nice overall.

Overall the stay was a success and fulfilled our needs. There was a musty odor on the main level, which I'm sure is not uncommon for one hundred and twelve year-old houses, but it did take some getting used to. Spent a few minutes looking for the advertised complimentary bottle of wine before realizing it was not to be. Also was a bit surprised to find some blankets strewn behind the couch and few other things requiring some tidying. The igniter battery on the gas grill was dead, with some leaves in parts of the grill and fallen branches around the back patio (it had been windy). But the nitpicks did not change the fact of the rental being a success overall with a quiet stay in a quiet neighborhood and a nice house. Just would have hoped for a bit more polish from the management. All said, would definitely consider this place again in the future.

Great location neat City Dock, Main St, etc but also part of a lovely, historical residential neighborhood. The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive to questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Charming House in Great Location

We were in town for a wedding, and this house was a wonderful place to stay for the festivities. There were 4 adults in our group. We were hardly at the house, so didn’t get to take advantage of some amenities. Beds were very comfortable, towels were large, soft, and plentiful. The house was well appointed and very clean. Only drawbacks were the small size of the downstairs bathroom, and distance to the parking garage. If you don’t need your car at all while in town, it’s not a big deal. If you do need your car, especially if rainy, it could be a little inconvenient. I would very happily stay here again if in the area.

Union House

This is a great property, very close to downtown Annapolis and USNA. The house was very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies needed to feed several midshipmen. Although the parking was off site, it was a very easy walk to the garage and so nice to not have to find street parking.

The property was "as advertised" accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were up to date and good working order. The only negative is the parking situation, which was not ideal, but consistent with the area. Everything is within walking distance, but if you need to use your vehicle, it can be an inconvenience. Long Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway with our Friends/Neighbors who had never experienced Annapolis. Great location, could walk to everything downtown, very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Great to have a parking spot in the garage, since the neighbor hood parking was expensive, only wish it wasn't 1/2 mile away, But it was fine we only needed the car when it was time to leave.

The house is perfect regarding location, safety and cleanliness. Everything is provided. The only issue we had is w/ the channels available on the tv for Saturday college football and Sunday football games but we went and watched games at a local bar and it wasn’t a problem.
