  • Esta es una hermosa propiedad histórica a poca distancia del centro de Annapolis y el Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. Con seis habitaciones (dos camas tamaño queen, tres camas matrimoniales y dos camas gemelas) la casa podría dormir cómodamente hasta 12 personas. Las habitaciones adicionales incluyen una sala de billar, un comedor, una cocina grande, una biblioteca y una cómoda habitación familiar. We had a family wedding in Annapolis and the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the back deck for meals, played games on the large table in the breakfast nook, and sipped coffee on the front porch. It was a short walk to town and was convenient to anything we needed (Safeway was only a 5 minute drive and Kohl's was about 10 minutes for some last minute clothing items that someone forgot). If we find ourselves in Annapolis again we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

This "Charming Victorian" is in a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown. There was also plenty of parking available. The house is full of so much character and historic charm, with lots of nice touches throughout that made it a great place to stay.We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful porch and in the backyard. The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Note for future guests: This is a true Victorian home with multiple levels, so it may not be suitable for folks who have trouble managing stairs. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Perfect for our Family

Everything about Denise's property was perfect for my large family to stay together while we were in town for my nephew's wedding. It was home away from home for sure and Denise was so helpful.

Lots of space

This is ideally located for USNA reunions. Walkable to stadium, downtown Annapolis and academy grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lots of common area space for a large group. Second stay in 5 years and still loved it!

beautiful, generous experience

Great Location

Overall, a pleasant stay. It was warm since it was late June, early July, and air conditioner had a hard time keeping up at times. Great location to downtown, the water and the Navy yard. Nice to have a large backyard. The home is huge, has many amenities, great for a large family.

Perfect for USNA reunions

Well equipped home and within walking distance (.7 mile) to Navy Marine Memorial Stadium. Denise (owner)is great and quickly responds to any issues. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Fantastic Family Stay!

Perfect place for a large group and walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We rented for a family wedding and had 11 people. There was enough space where we never felt cramped. Very clean with nice fresh linens. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a large deck with comfortable furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal.

USNA Commissioning Week

We highly recommend this home. It was clean, well appointed, and convenient to DTA and the Academy. The proximity to the stadium and USNA made it easy to walk to commissioining week events and enjoy Annapolis. Beautiful/quiet neighborhood, beautiful historic home, and attentive owners. we'd give it more than 5 stars if we could.

50 year reunion

We had a total of 5 couples (10 people) who were all there for a 50 year reunion at the Academy. The place was close to the Westin and the stadium. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything and more!! THANK YOU!!

College Reunion in Annapolis

This was the perfect property for our reunion. The house was spotless and so well equipped for dinners at home for a large group. Everything in the house is labeled and/or instructions provided on how to use various appliances. This was so nice. No mysteries. All the beds were very comfortable. The back deck was wonderful for hanging out together. We walked into town several times and it was not too far. There is also an off-road trial nearby to walk and run.

Staying here was our best decision ever!

This beautiful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was the absolute perfect place for our large family! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals comfortably. Plenty of space to chill individually or as a group. Enormous backyard for relaxing, playing and eating. Swing on the wrap-around porch was my happy place. Hosts were accessible and great communicators throughout the process. Perfect location for access to football stadium and downtown Annapolis without having to fight traffic. Didn't want our time to end and look forward to renting again!

Beautiful Home

This home was awesome. Absolutely no regrets. The host left a detail binder with information on operating procedures for appliances and TVs. All the bedrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dishes and pan, but all types of supplies for cooking. The yard was manicured and outdoor games were available. Also dodo and indoor games as well. The gracious host also left a welcome basket.

Great for a family wedding!

My cousin was married the weekend after 4th of July. My extended family was coming from different directions to join in the celebration. This property was perfect and didn’t disappoint at all. We had plenty of bed and bathrooms to support the 10 of us and provided plenty of areas, both inside and out, for us to gather and catch up. We also had room for local relatives to stop over and visit before and after the ceremony. We especially appreciated a separate small frig for beverages, the bathroom supplies provided and other small incidentals that we didn’t have to bother bringing. While we didn’t do a great deal of cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. The hosts raised 6 children in their home so it’s obvious they understand what a large group needs and how to make their home enjoyable for all.

If you are planning a trip to Annapolis this is the place to stay. You could not find a better home to stay in in Annapolis. This home is lovingly furnished with anything you would ever need and so much more. It has old world charm with all the modern conveniences and is immaculately furnished and maintained. The memorabilia and the family touches make this home truly one of a kind. We were so impressed by this home and actually felt privileged to be allowed to stay there. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish thanks to the hosts, both in the incredible way they created their home and the very detailed instructions they left to care for it. Nothing was left to chance which was very much appreciated. There aren't enough stars to do this absolute gem of a home justice. We were sad we could only stay a short time and look forward to possibly coming back again some day.
