The Space:

Welcome to the newly remodeled Tortuga Bay! This five-bedroom and three-bath vacation getaway is one of the closest canal-front homes to the beach on Anna Maria Island. It's just a two-minute stroll to the pristine white sandy Gulf shores and an easy eight-minute walk to Pine Ave, where you'll find amazing restaurants, boutiques, and historical landmarks.



From the moment you step inside, you will feel the coastal elegance radiating from this home. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and cookware and a large peninsula countertop adorned with sleek bar stools. With its seamless flow into the dining table and stylish seating area with a TV, you can stay focused on the joy of cooking and entertaining.



You and your loved ones won’t be able to get enough of the backyard. It has a sparkling pool with a built-in tiki table, a spa, and a rock waterslide to splash in! There are plenty of lounge chairs, multiple outdoor tables, and a tiki hut to keep the grill master cool. And if that’s not enough, a brand-new putting green was just installed, and a private dock where you can spend hours in the sun fishing, looking for manatees, and exploring the nearby bay and Gulf. The house comes with 2 kayaks as well that you can launch right off the back yard dock!



Each bedroom at Tortuga Bay is a haven of comfort, boasting chic decor, plush bedding, ample dresser space, and flat-screen televisions. The primary suite is an absolute delight, featuring a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The four guest bedrooms cater to all needs with a variety of bed options, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable stay. The two hallway bathrooms are thoughtfully designed, each with a convenient shower and tub combination.

With host approval before check-in, this property accepts dogs only (No cats or other animals are allowed). An additional pet fee will apply.



4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.



We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.



Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, the home includes 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
