The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of 4 Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.

Sea Spray 3 is the upper level cottage in a 2 story building. This unit has 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath and is located at the rear of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings with an open concept living area.

This unit shares a propane grill along with an outdoor dining area on the side of house with the unit below. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a TV with Cable in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom.

You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex.

PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.

PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Good Location

Response was immediately sent when I thought I had a problem with the TV.Advertising says that there was a grill but there was not one so I was very disappointed with that. No dishwasher either. All the other properties around us with SATO signs had grills in the yard. House had a dog smell & was really hot on arrival. I am very allergic to dogs so my allergies were bad even though wiped everything down when I got there so the smell would go away, sprayed Lysol & then air freshener but the smell was still there plus I was taking all of my prescribed medicines plus the 2 nasal spray & Sudafed - I still left with a sinus infection. The bathroom had hair on the floor, window sill & tub.

Great beach access. Needs updating.

The location is outstanding! Steps to gorgeous beach, white sand and sunsets. The unit is clean but needs updating. The electric coils on the stove are falling apart and, in my observation, a bit of a fire hazard. The toilet didn’t flush properly but the shower is strong and hot. We had trouble getting the TV remote to work properly. Very hit or miss. I requested assistance from the management and they were very responsive however these issues did not get resolved for us in the moment. Beds were stiff and sheets rough. Close to restaurants. I would recommend that anyone looking at this property think carefully about their cooking expectations before renting.

Location amazing but property is very rustic.

Location could not be better that’s for sure, but we payed too much for a 3 night stay and that was absolutely not worth the high price. The kitchen is very old, almost no cutlery or utensils, old furniture.. we were expecting much more for the price that was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The communication with managers was fast and easy, we loooove anna maría, but I would pay far less for a property like this one.

Perfect for our family of 4

Great time away for our family of 4! Kitchen worked well for breakfast each morning. No need for a car- grocery delivery was easy, access to beach was wonderful, easy enough to Pine Ave. Thank you! Small, but worked great for us, as it’s all we needed!

PERFECTION!!!!!

This is a fabulous place to stay. We all loved it - charming, close to beach, trolley, everything. It could not have been better! The only tiny complaint ~ we were given the wrong code to get in, it was later on a Saturday evening when we finally arrived (our flights were delayed twice due to FL not having enough Air Traffic Controllers?) After half hour or more, someone did return our frantic call, giving us another code & we were in! The perfect beach cottage, we were all thrilled with it. Our trip was fantastic from that moment on. Thank you for the most wonderful stay imaginable! We are looking forward to visiting there again ~ easy, fun, delightful!

Just what we needed!

We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen wasn’t the best for cooking due to the size of the stove but that was ok because we only prepared a couple of breakfasts there. The location of the property and it’s proximity to the beach could not have been better. We would definitely stay here again!

Worth considering!

Stayed at Sea Spray 3. Fabulous location -- easy walk to beach, many restaurants, and Pine Avenue. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable enough, although sheets were scratchy. Good water pressure in shower. Owners: Would suggest letting renters know about beach equipment rentals at booking rather than a week before their stay as equipment rentals were no longer available that close to the rental period. Would also be helpful to provide information about permissible parking at the site and washer/dryer location. Would definitely stay here again.

LOVED the access to the beach- we counted 218 steps from the front door to the sand! The bed was a little hard, but that could be a preference thing. The towels and one of the blankets smelled a little like BO- could be the Florida humidity, but it was a little gross. There was no dishwasher in our space, but that wasn't a big deal. The wifi didn't work for us, but we also forgot to try restarting the router, so could be user error. The fridge and freezer smelled like sunscreen and it made our food/ice taste like that? Make sure to seal everything tight and you'll be good to go! The space itself is lovely and spacious. We also enjoyed that there is a trolley stop at the end of the street to get from place to place easily. I could see myself coming back someday!

I spent a refreshing and relaxing week on Oak Street. Just steps from the beautiful, expansive beach. Property was clean, timeless and met my needs. Very much enjoyed it.

We loved our stay on the Island. The house was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a box fan in the closet as we love to sleep with the sound of a fan. So if you are like us and need to sleep with fans, you’re in luck!The beach was very close as was shopping and restaurants. It was very convenient to take the free trolley as well.

Unit 1 is clean, quiet, and convenient. We will book again with VBRO. Unit one is perfect and a short jaunt to the enchanting beach. My 90-year-old mother and I (and our 12-year -old dog) would rebook for unit one today if I had more time to be here.

We'll Be Back Again!

Can't say enough good things about the location to the beach or the property. Only about 100 steps to a beautiful clean-white sandy beach with dunes. The property was very quiet, comfortable, clean, and we were able to kick back and relax. We look forward to returning next year already!
