Welcome to Our Place By The Sea, an inviting vacation home with a private pool on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island just a five-minute walk from secluded Bean Point Beach! This ground-level home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. You and your guests can gather and connect in the welcoming living area and in the second living area where conversations flow and Anna Maria Island plans are made.
The fully-equipped kitchen has an island that makes meal and snack preparation easy and has countertop seating for quick snacks. Guests can enjoy home-cooked meals or the best Anna Maria Island takeout in the dining room or at the patio table.

Love it!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The pool and backyard were our favorite part of the house by far. The walk to the beach took maybe five minutes and was super easy if you head right out of the driveway. The water and beach are gorgeous! The house itself has your basics. If you plan to cook a lot you’ll want to check the pots and pans. There’s lots of sitting areas to hang out though. You’re within easy access of food and shopping too. Our only issue was that the beds were not super comfortable. They weren’t unbearable just hard to find a comfy way to sleep. Even with that, we will definitely stay in this house again!

Excellent home, neighborhood and management!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation on Anna Maria Island! The pool/spa was a lovely quiet retreat in the backyard. The home had 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon provided that made enjoying Bean Point Beach even easier— what a nice touch! The home was clean, newly remodeled following the hurricane and well-stocked. We had a few things missing that were included in the property listing and the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful.,dropping off this items within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Great Place

Clean property and cute inside. The location was fantastic and very quiet area. The pool was lovely and the sound of the waterfall was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family trip to Anna Maria

We desires to stay at the north side of the island and this house was great. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great for our family. We really enjoyed the pool which had both shade and Sun throughout the day. It was very close to beach access which we appreciated and a short bike ride to Pine Ave where the food/shopping action was. The house was older but very comfy and relaxing.

Great stay

Great location in a quiet area. Easy walk to beaches and Pine Ave. The house was clean and the checkin-in/check-out process was simple. I do wish they would provide coffee filters since one never knows what will be needed.

Old house

This is an old house, with an old house smell. The back yard/pool area is nice and we enjoyed the heated pool. The house was ok, but dont expect much. There was hardly enough blankets for the beds and not even a single throw blanket around. The master shower does not get hot enough and a dresser in the master so we could unpack our suitcases sure would have been nice. We've stayed at alot of Airbnbs and this one probably had the least amount of supplies as any of them. There was not even salt and pepper, not one seasoning or coffee filters. It was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. But overall i wouldn't recommend.

Great Location and quiet

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is listed accurately on VRBO. Very easy walk to the beach and the bay. Close to breakfast and dinner options. The home was very clean on arrival. Hot water for the showers is an issue as reported in a couple of other review not due to everyone taking a shower close to the same time but more of the actual temperature of the water.

Lovely stay

Comfortable and spacious home with all the utilities in a quiet neighborhood and 5 min walk from a beautiful beach. Only criticism was the worn out mattress in the master bedroom and a not very clean pool on arrival.

The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation. Spacious bedrooms and sitting areas were beautifully decorated. The pool was delightful. Most mornings we enjoyed our breakfast in the backyard/pool oasis. We will remember this property for future visits.

Wonderful vacation home

House is adorable. Convenient one level living. The pool and surrounding landscaping were beautiful and very private and we spent hours in it. 2 minute walk to fantastic beach. House was extremely clean. Nice bathrooms. Well equipped with starter toiletries, bath & beach towels, laundry machine, beach wagon and beach chairs, etc. We loved the super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to so many things - bay, piers, cafes, shopping. Property mgmt company was very professional and on top of things. We loved everything!! p.s. kitchen sink needs a new faucet or a repair.

The property is located perfectly on the island. The house was very spacious. We did have a plumbing issue that we complained about and that wasn’t ever addressed so that was disappointing and there were only two usable beach chairs for a house that holds 8 but overall a great experience

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It housed my family of 4 (two teenagers) nicely. The pool area and privacy there was spectacular! We had plenty of room and access to everything we needed in the home. We only had a little problem with the water heating up to take a shower but this was taken care of in a very timely manner! The location is great and close to everything. We rented a gulf cart while we were there and this was so nice to have to get anywhere on the island easily and be able to park! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

It has everything you want for a vacation getaway pool, barbecue, very quiet backyard getaway, and 3 nice bedrooms 10 minutes from beach. Only drawback is safety alarm for pool.

Comfortable beds, great location, decent home

We had a girls week with 5 women, who have traveled a lot together but probably had too high of expectations. This house met all our needs but with a few tweaks could gain our return business. Many others had the same complaints of just not enough attention to details. We had a similar experience as others with the annoying door alarms but on our last night the alarm went off in the middle of the night and we could not do anything to get it to stop. With the warning of not tampering we felt helpless. We were about to call for emergency help and found we could remove the battery to get it to stop. We couldn't find any new batteries to replace it so left it out, so we could sleep, and reported it first thing the next morning. Rachael at the rental office was super nice and said they'd get someone out to fix it. We found, also, that the remotes appeared to have old batteries and wouldn't change channels. We bought new batteries and replaced them but like some of the other supplies, (extra trash bags, etc.) we felt like we were purchasing a lot of extras that the owners could have easily provided and would have made for a more pleasant experience. The beds were comfortable but there was no extra bedding so sleeping on a sofa was not an option. So if you rent this place be prepared to bring extra towels, tp, paper towels, batteries, sharp knives, soap for shower, dishes, and laundry.

Pool needs a rail to get in and out of Pool. Elder visitors can't get in. Alarms on doors were annoying if you did o Not have children.
