Welcome to Dolphin Pointe! This recently renovated north-end home offers a perfect island getaway for families, featuring three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Guests will be delighted by the game room equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, and pop-a-shot, as well as the serene tropical backyard oasis complete with a sparkling private pool.

The living room boasts brand new sofas and coral-printed chairs as well as a large television. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, island bar seating, and a modern dining table. Step out of the sliding doors to a spacious screened-in lanai, where you'll find plenty of seating and a second dining table.

Your luxurious primary bedroom is waiting for you! This room has high-end furnishings, a large walk-in closet, and a pristine ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a marvelous soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms have premium mattresses, crisp linens, televisions, and ensuite bathrooms showcasing unique tiling and modern vanities. A sleeper sofa in the living area and a washer and dryer are available as a bonus for your convenience.

Pool was amazing, very large and felt very private from the neighbors. House was fantastic and we really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. Walk to the beach was very easy and we loved being in a quieter part of the island. One small thing to make it even better would be some darkening curtains in the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a lot of windows and the blinds didn’t filter out much of the morning sun so it was hard to sleep in. We’d definitely stay here again.

Vacation at Anna Maria

The location is great—just a short walk to the beach. We do wish there were easier access to the pool and grill from the upstairs area. The rooms were clean, and we really appreciated that each one had its own bathroom. Communication was excellent; all of our questions were answered promptly.With the amount of money we spent I would have like to see more than two laundry and dishwasher pods along with dish soap.

We would definitely stay here again! Very clean, loved having a bathroom in every bedroom, the only thing was the one bedroom listed a extra pull out sofa that wasn’t there, but it was so awesome to be a couple blocks up from the beach and the communication with the property was amazing and very helpful,

Perfect family vacation

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. Loved the pool and the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Close to shopping and restaurants. We rented a golf cart, perfect for running about the area. Property management was quick to respond to text messages. The pullout sofa was not comfortable for teens, but the king size beds in every bedroom were very comfortable. Only downside was some miscommunication and delay regarding our checkin. The property manager resolved the few small issues we had in a timely manner. I would definitely rent this home again.

Loved Dolphin Pointe on Anna Maria Island FL!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed — we cooked all our meals and loved that we had multiple places to sit and eat together (6 in our group). The bed arrangement was slightly different than what we originally saw online; however, the THREE king beds with beautifully appointed attached bathrooms were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The house is beautiful throughout, and though it was a bit chilly outside, everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Just wish we could have stayed longer! My only advice would be to put small trash cans in the upstairs bathrooms — it’s a good ways from upstairs bedrooms to the kitchen trash can. The only trash can aside from the kitchen was in the utility room (great washer & dryer!). Can’t comment on the game room as we were coming off a 7-day cruise, and the grandkids were excited to have good WiFi again and spent their tIme on their phones and iPads. But it looked like it would be fun and was a major selling point😜. The house looks brand new inside and out. The location is ideal with the beach a close walk away. We rented a golf cart and had fun tootling around Anna Maria Island. We will definitely recommend Dolphin Pointe to our friends and would love to return!

Great place!

Really nice house. It had just undergone a facelift, which we weren't expecting, so that was a nice surprise. The bathrooms were all totally redone and the flooring was brand new LVP. New furniture in the living room too. All the furniture was a great quality throughout. Fantastic location to the beach--only about a block away and the blocks are very short. They provide a ton of beach and pool gear, which was fantastic. Great place for kids to hang out with the game room downstairs. Very clean. Note that there are no pantry staples, so if you want to cook, you need to buy everything. Only slight negatives are that the layout is tough if you want to grill--you basically have to go through the garage out to the back. Also, they don't provide a lot of supplies, like only two garbage bags and two dishwasher pods, for example, so be prepared to buy. I think that's pretty standard with most property management companies on the island. We would book the house again if we return.

Dolphin Pointe was very nice. Great location! We experienced a few issues with the plumbing but other than that, it was great. I would suggest putting a small refrigerator and bathroom in the game room. We loved our stay. Thanks!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This place was more than I could have dreamed. It was in the perfect spot to access the beach easily. The amenities were so fantastic! My kids loved the pool and game room. We appreciated all of the beach accessories. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Family dinners on the deck were awesome! Rooms were all clean and tidy.

Great stay

The house was in a great location and a comfortable place to kick back and relax. There were a few issues but they were addressed pretty quickly. There was also some construction going on nextdoor and you can tell the house gets used a lot and could probably use a day or two of TLC. Yet, all these things are forgotten when you take a short walk to the beatiful beach. AMI is a special place and we had a great stay at Dolphin Pointe!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Kitchen items could be updated some and the fans are terrible. They either don’t work or barely work. Overall a beautiful home and we enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back soon.

What a fantastic house!

We really got all and even more than what we expected. The house is located in the best part of Anna Maria island and we can easily walk to the wonderful beach. We could benefit as well from beach furniture and even paddle boards and kayak canoes. My kids (and I) enjoyed a lot the « game room » on the ground floor close to the pool. The house is well furnished and can easily accommodate 6 or more people. We had an issue during our stay (door closed with our keys left inside…) and the agency was really responsive and reactive to come and help us. So… ENJOY your stay!

Fun for the whole family

Loved this house! We have been going to AMI for 27 years and as our kids and my sister's kids get older, we needed more space. This house has room to spread out. The pool is amazing! Kids loved the changing colors at night. We loved all of the beach accessories.

Beautiful Home - Hop & Skip from Beach!

The house was just perfect for us and our family of six adults and three children, two and under. The house is a two minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach. The pool was super relaxing, and we loved the swim-up tiki bar. We brought a lot of food with us, so we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots/pans and cooking essentials. This is the perfect house near the beach to enjoy vacation time with the family. We can't wait to book another trip soon!

Good location with some toys to boot.

Length - Stayed at Dolphin Pointe for a week. House was clean and had the typical beach decor. Was surprised they had two kayaks and two paddle boards in the garage for use. I brought my own, but out of all the times we stayed on Anna Maria Island we never seen this type of stuff. The walk to the beach was 8-10 mins the access was quiet with minimal crowds. The house had an outdoor shower to rinse off sand off The pool was nice and had an excellent relaxing vibe. Cons - Patio over the pool got lots of sun, and the floor can become very hot. - Some of the outdoor fans didn't run fast so not much of a breeze can be generated, -Stairs house has lots of stairs three floors.

There is too much to mention in a brief description so I will stick to the bigger of the issues. It will seem as I am exaggerating but it was worse than I can explain. Its already bad enough when you are paying for the day and can’t check-in until 4pm. After checking in with Anna Maria Island Accommodations and getting the keys, we were told the unit was ready. We arrived at the house to find the cleaning company didn’t start until 4pm, they were finished at 6pm. I questioned how two people could clean a (3) bedroom (3) story house in two hours. We heard nothing from the management company but excuses. How they have 200 units to manage, how the renters before us destroyed the place, but never did they mention a discount for not being able to check-in or use the pool. The garage was dirty and full of stuff so we had to clean it before we could get the golf cart inside. The game room was dirty and stuff was everywhere. The pool area and furniture was not cleaned or straighten up. The pool was green and we had to call and let them know because they didn’t check it. The pool company showed up the following morning and put (10) gallons of chlorine and (1) gallon of muratic acid in it. Obviously, the pool couldn’t be used most of that day. They came back three days later and put another (10) gallons of chlorine early morning rather than late evening causing us not to be able to use the pool most of that day. Sand was on two of the beds so we could tell the sheets had not been washed. We had to wash the linen for all the beds. Most of the dishes were dirty and we had to wash most of the dishes before we could use them. The floors were sticky because they didn’t have time to mop. If it wasn’t our yearly family vacation we would have left. It really made our vacation a disaster when this should be a stress-free time to enjoy the family and kids. We never heard from anyone until the night before we were leaving when they called to remind us to be out before 10am or they would charge us a late fee.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Dolphin Pointe was the perfect family vacation spot! This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we didn't know anything about the best location to stay would be. We had limited choices because we planned our trip really last minute, but we (myself, my husband, and our two young daughters) were very happy here. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything to make meals at home. It was walking distance to a few restaurants (Two Scoops was a daily treat), walking distance to the beaches, the pool was AMAZING (and had fun pool toys), the ping pong table and dart board were used by us, there were even a few toys for our daughters to play with. We hope to return to Anna Maria Island, and would love to stay once again at Dolphin Pointe:)
