We had such a great stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t be better, it was so close to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was very clean, with a great layout that gave everyone plenty of space. We loved all the thoughtful touches and fun amenities, especially the games that kept everyone entertained in the evenings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located beach rental!

Pool was amazing, very large and felt very private from the neighbors. House was fantastic and we really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. Walk to the beach was very easy and we loved being in a quieter part of the island. One small thing to make it even better would be some darkening curtains in the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a lot of windows and the blinds didn’t filter out much of the morning sun so it was hard to sleep in. We’d definitely stay here again.

Vacation at Anna Maria

The location is great—just a short walk to the beach. We do wish there were easier access to the pool and grill from the upstairs area. The rooms were clean, and we really appreciated that each one had its own bathroom. Communication was excellent; all of our questions were answered promptly.With the amount of money we spent I would have like to see more than two laundry and dishwasher pods along with dish soap.

We would definitely stay here again! Very clean, loved having a bathroom in every bedroom, the only thing was the one bedroom listed a extra pull out sofa that wasn’t there, but it was so awesome to be a couple blocks up from the beach and the communication with the property was amazing and very helpful,

Perfect family vacation

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. Loved the pool and the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Close to shopping and restaurants. We rented a golf cart, perfect for running about the area. Property management was quick to respond to text messages. The pullout sofa was not comfortable for teens, but the king size beds in every bedroom were very comfortable. Only downside was some miscommunication and delay regarding our checkin. The property manager resolved the few small issues we had in a timely manner. I would definitely rent this home again.

Loved Dolphin Pointe on Anna Maria Island FL!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed — we cooked all our meals and loved that we had multiple places to sit and eat together (6 in our group). The bed arrangement was slightly different than what we originally saw online; however, the THREE king beds with beautifully appointed attached bathrooms were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The house is beautiful throughout, and though it was a bit chilly outside, everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Just wish we could have stayed longer! My only advice would be to put small trash cans in the upstairs bathrooms — it’s a good ways from upstairs bedrooms to the kitchen trash can. The only trash can aside from the kitchen was in the utility room (great washer & dryer!). Can’t comment on the game room as we were coming off a 7-day cruise, and the grandkids were excited to have good WiFi again and spent their tIme on their phones and iPads. But it looked like it would be fun and was a major selling point😜. The house looks brand new inside and out. The location is ideal with the beach a close walk away. We rented a golf cart and had fun tootling around Anna Maria Island. We will definitely recommend Dolphin Pointe to our friends and would love to return!

Great place!

Really nice house. It had just undergone a facelift, which we weren't expecting, so that was a nice surprise. The bathrooms were all totally redone and the flooring was brand new LVP. New furniture in the living room too. All the furniture was a great quality throughout. Fantastic location to the beach--only about a block away and the blocks are very short. They provide a ton of beach and pool gear, which was fantastic. Great place for kids to hang out with the game room downstairs. Very clean. Note that there are no pantry staples, so if you want to cook, you need to buy everything. Only slight negatives are that the layout is tough if you want to grill--you basically have to go through the garage out to the back. Also, they don't provide a lot of supplies, like only two garbage bags and two dishwasher pods, for example, so be prepared to buy. I think that's pretty standard with most property management companies on the island. We would book the house again if we return.

Dolphin Pointe was very nice. Great location! We experienced a few issues with the plumbing but other than that, it was great. I would suggest putting a small refrigerator and bathroom in the game room. We loved our stay. Thanks!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This place was more than I could have dreamed. It was in the perfect spot to access the beach easily. The amenities were so fantastic! My kids loved the pool and game room. We appreciated all of the beach accessories. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Family dinners on the deck were awesome! Rooms were all clean and tidy.

Great stay

The house was in a great location and a comfortable place to kick back and relax. There were a few issues but they were addressed pretty quickly. There was also some construction going on nextdoor and you can tell the house gets used a lot and could probably use a day or two of TLC. Yet, all these things are forgotten when you take a short walk to the beatiful beach. AMI is a special place and we had a great stay at Dolphin Pointe!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Kitchen items could be updated some and the fans are terrible. They either don’t work or barely work. Overall a beautiful home and we enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back soon.

What a fantastic house!

We really got all and even more than what we expected. The house is located in the best part of Anna Maria island and we can easily walk to the wonderful beach. We could benefit as well from beach furniture and even paddle boards and kayak canoes. My kids (and I) enjoyed a lot the « game room » on the ground floor close to the pool. The house is well furnished and can easily accommodate 6 or more people. We had an issue during our stay (door closed with our keys left inside…) and the agency was really responsive and reactive to come and help us. So… ENJOY your stay!

Fun for the whole family

Loved this house! We have been going to AMI for 27 years and as our kids and my sister's kids get older, we needed more space. This house has room to spread out. The pool is amazing! Kids loved the changing colors at night. We loved all of the beach accessories.

Beautiful Home - Hop & Skip from Beach!

The house was just perfect for us and our family of six adults and three children, two and under. The house is a two minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach. The pool was super relaxing, and we loved the swim-up tiki bar. We brought a lot of food with us, so we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots/pans and cooking essentials. This is the perfect house near the beach to enjoy vacation time with the family. We can't wait to book another trip soon!
