Tucked away behind lush tropical landscaping, Meant to Be is a block to the sugar sand beach. Located on the coveted north end of Anna Maria, this elevated beach house is a quick walk to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main level features the living room, kitchen and dining area with table seating for 8 and 5 bar stools at the island. Step outside from the living room to the open air patio with a gas grill, table, umbrella and seating for 6. The dining area leads to a screened in lanai with Adirondack chairs.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and the guest rooms feature a king bed and queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The ground level features a poolside covered entertainment lounge area with a sectional sofa, bar table for four, TV, foosball, ping pong, dart board, arcade game, basketball game and Connect4. Steps from all of the fun is the heated pool and spa complete with an outdoor shower and pool loungers.

Meant to Be is located on the North End of Anna Maria and one block to the beach. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

This home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect house for our family. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay however the management company was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. The only issue outside of the home was the property on each side of the home had some remodeling going on and the sawing noise was annoying while we were using the pool or sitting on the deck. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon and it won't bother the future guests. Overall we definitely would stay here again.

Best Vacation

The property is beautiful, very clean ,walking distance to Bean point Beach .. Hot Tub & pool was a great area to relax .. The kids loved the gaming room downstairs.. if I had to say a negative.. it could really do with a Fridge in the gaming area.. But over all 10/10

Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach

The home was beautiful and within walking distance to Bean Pointe. Home was clean and provided all the basics we needed for our stay. The extra beach supplies that are pictured were disappointing. The beach chairs were broken— wish we would have inspected them prior to dragging them to the beach. The only other concern is how slippery the game room floor is besides the pool. My 4 year old took a few spills just walking on the floor—it turns into an ice rink if it gets wet. Overall though, we had an amazing time and loved our experience on Anna Maria Island!

Great home, easy walk to beach and Rod & Reel

4 adults + 2 adult children stayed for 3 nights (Wed-Sat) during March 2023. The house itself is excellent and well furnished. Plenty of parking. Tons of well-thought entertainment for all ages at the house, we really enjoyed it. Screened in porch is great to unwind in the morning with coffee or at day's end. Kitchen appliances are first class, and the bathrooms are modern and clean, however there is no 1/2-bath powder room. We loved the location and the easy/quick walk not only to the beach but also the opposite direction to Rod & Reel on the bay side for beers and lunch. Management company communication was excellent...until it wasn't. On Friday afternoon within a 2 hour span we had to endure an HVAC maintenance visit, the pool cleaner who dumped chlorine in the pool, and then the landscapers who ran loud gas-powered leaf blowers and got leaves and dirt into the pool that the cleaner had just taken care of. It was unbelievable that we had to endure that on our last day at the property. Keep in mind that we were checking out Saturday morning, so all 3 of those service calls could have easily been scheduled on Saturday when NO ONE would be there except the house keeper. It was simply easier for the management company to do it on a Friday so they did. I called and complained and was basically blown off. I was promised a call the next day or Monday at the latest and unsurprisingly it has been nearly 2 weeks later and I still have not received the promised call.

Great location!

This property fit our family of 6 perfectly. It was a short walk to bean point beach and the rod & reel pier. The game room was an added bonus and gave us extra room to relax. Hot tub was a nice bonus

We really felt comfortable in this beautiful home. They thought of everything amd it was a wonderful trip. Had some issues woth the alarm system going off until we got the hang of things. Overall it was a great trip.

"Meant To Be" was great!

A short walk to the beautiful Bean Point beach. Then, after a day on the beach, come back to the nice sized pool to cool off and chill. The game room was nice too. Two recommendations for the game room would be ceiling fans and a refrigerator. The house itself was large, updated with beach type decor throughout which added to our wonderful trip! I would definitely recommend this to anyone to stay for vacation. Thanks!

First off the name of this place should be changed to “Bean Point Beach Oasis!” It’s so close to that awesome beach that we really didn’t feel the need to hang out on any other beach (although we did go check them out.) This house was absolutely perfect for our party of (6) 21+ year olds. The back yard with the little pool and hot tub was perfect for us to relax in after spending the day at the beach and cruising the town with the golf cart we rented. Also it was great at night and the lighting back there on the palm trees and in the pool area was really top notch for a nice ambience every night. We even watched a couple NBA playoff games from the pool and hot tub thanks to the awesome garage play-land that opened up directly to the pool area and backyard patio area. The inside of the house was perfect too with the open kitchen area and giant center island with 6 bar stools. It’s was also really nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella, wagons and cooler chariot! Those were life savers for the beach runs we made every day. It was real easy to communicate through IMs with the property manager as well. So close to the Rod and Reel pier as well so we saw the sunrise just about every morning from there. Anyway, can’t say enough great things about this spot so I’ll leave it with this, when we go back to Anna Maria Island someday, we will pick this same place again. It was perfect! Thanks, the BT’s (and we’re not easy to please :)

Amazing location

This was the most amazing location on the island. You are close to the bay and the beach. The beds are comfortable like everyone has mentioned. The game room was great for our kids with easy pool access. The pool size was disappointing so the kids swam mostly in the ocean. There are no extras in this house as far as cooking goes so be sure to bring or buy your own salt, pepper ect. Also, this is located at the top of the island so it takes about 15 minutes to get off the island. Great place overall!

Amazing vacation on AMI!

My family had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! My kids (3 & 6) LOVED the house and had so much fun playing with the games downstairs. They loved the pool as well. You can't beat the location of this house. Very short walk to the beach and it was so quiet. The beds were very comfortable (which is definitely a rarity for a rental) and the kitchen was well appointed. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back in the future!

The Perfect Beach Rental

Our family of 5 stayed here & it was absolutely perfect for us. It has a very cozy, beachy feel to it. Very clean, bright & open floor plan. The beds were incredibly comfortable & the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Our 3 boys loved the basketball game in the game room as well as the arcade machine. The location was great & in close proximity to bean point. We loved the privacy of the pool/hot tub which provided shade being under the deck. Beautiful landscaping, bamboo & palm trees made for a very relaxing feel. I couldn’t have loved this house more and we will definitely be back. I give it 5 stars!

Meant To Be There-Review 6/2019

Check in was a snap, great explanation of the area (restaurants, things to do, property). Property manager was spot on! Property was just excellent: clean, convenient, comfortable, safe, had all the toys for the beach! Very nicely appointed, great common area that oozed "vacation". Everything was perfect. The booking agent indicated that the owner was continually updating the property and it was...recently added arcade games in the rec area. Although the pool was not large it too was a perfect size great for relaxing after the ocean or evening-we were not looking to do laps! LOL we went to relax and this property embraced that notion. Would definitely come back to "Meant To Be There".
