Located on the North End of the island and on a canal, Manatee Lookout is a quick walk to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. The Gulf of Mexico is calling your name!

Load up the elevator with your luggage and let your vacation begin. The second level features the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the four bedrooms. With plenty of seating options for dining, there is room for everyone to enjoy a meal inside or outside on the patio while enjoying the island breezes.

Each guest room is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes an ensuite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has access to a balcony and each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa are highlights of the resort style backyard. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, chaise lounges, and a fire pit table with Adirondack chair seating The covered poolside entertainment area provides relaxation out of the sun with a TV, bar, lounge furniture, and ping pong and pool tables. Guests will also enjoy the putting green, cornhole and private dock on the canal.

Manatee Lookout is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 5 cars. Parking for additional vehicles is not available.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
