    The cottage features a spacious den with a daybed, providing extra sleeping space or a quiet spot to read and unwind. Outdoors, you'll find both front and back decks, ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of the property is the large private heated pool, where you can cool off after a sunny day at the beach or enjoy a nighttime swim under the stars.

    Located just around the corner from Pine Avenue, you’ll be close to some of the island’s best shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Explore the nearby Anna Maria City Pier for fishing or take in the stunning views of the Bay. Great house on Anna Maria island very close to beach and pine avenue shops and restaurants. House is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay with 3 generations at Magnolia Cottage! House was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and landscaping were lovely! Ideal location, would love to return!

The house was beautiful. Close to ice cream, coffee, some restaurants. We rented a golf cart and had easy trip to the Palm St beach access. If you like to walk, it’s easy to get to Bean Point. We drove the golf cart there but parking was a challenge. The AC wasn’t working on the second floor - after 2 nights we figured out it was the breaker switch. Master is on the first floor, the other 3 rooms are upstairs. Lots of space, the pool is nice. There were a few beach toys and several beach chairs at the property as well as beach towels. We enjoyed the house very much!

Spring break

Awesome house with more than enough room for 6! Close to restaurants, beach, and ice cream at two scoops and Dips! The house has kitchen stocked with essentials for cooking but bring your own spices if you want more than salt and pepper. The heated pool is amazing! Highly recommend this house!

This place is great!!

When we initially booked Magnolia Cottage there weren’t any reviews so we booked based solely on the description and photos. Let me be the first to say this house is absolute perfection! It’s larger and more spacious (in person) than we expected from the photos. Plenty of room in the driveway - large living room with plenty of seating - expansive kitchen with a large dining room (seating for 8-10). The BEST parts about this house are the covered front and back porches - many houses in the area have one or the other. Bonus: TV on back porch overlooking the pool area. The main level bedroom is enormous with a walk-in closet, dual vanity, and walk-in shower. Additional half bath off the living room. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with a bonus room that could easily serve as another bedroom - as well as a full bathroom. The location was perfect! Only a couple blocks from shops, restaurants, and beaches. We walked everywhere but next time will probably rent bikes - maybe even a golf cart, as that seemed to be a primary mode of transportation for many others. All in all this house is absolutely fantastic and we’ll certainly book it again!As for the Sato Rental Company who manages this property, they are so easy to work with - very responsive as well! We had to move around our rental days due to inclement weather - they were quick to respond and accommodate our request. They were also quick to respond & act when we needed something for the house.10/10 recommend!
