The outdoor living extends to the home's four balconies and the rooftop deck where you'll be treated to amazing views. Additionally, an outdoor TV is available when you'd like to stream outside.

The interior of this home is just as charming, with magnificent perks such as a game room, and a gourmet kitchen. Kick back and enjoy the finer things in life from the comfort of the soft seating in the living room, and sip on your favorite beverage after preparing it at the wet bar/coffee station.

The chef in your group will have no issues whipping up mealtime masterpieces amongst the full kitchen's radiant countertops and stainless steel appliances. And dining will come naturally at the formal dining table or alfresco poolside.

The four bedrooms all feature high-quality linens, brand-new mattresses, tasteful nautical-themed decor pieces, and central air-conditioning. Everyone will adore the quartz countertops and walk-in showers in the bathrooms.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for an additional fee. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. A pool chiller is also available but requires 48-hour notice. Elevator available for handicap or elderly use only and guest must call for access prior to reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
