The rooftop kitchen is disabled for safety. Note there is a functional outdoor kitchen off the dining room.

PARKING: 4 cars* maximum are able to park at this home and the driveway is shared with two other homes. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. The shared driveway may not be blocked at any time for any reason.

*Garage bays are narrow - large/oversize vehicles will not fit. There is one open area to the left of the garage bays to park larger vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We had a great stay at the Glass House on the Bay! The house is modern and clean. Views of the bay can be seen from the pool and even better views from the rooftop deck. We rode bikes to the local beaches and restaurants. AMI is beautiful and so is this house!

Simply PERFECT!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this home. The home itself is gorgeous. Modern style, wonderful layout with multi floor living including a hot tub on the roof to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Clean and very comfortable. The location is in my opinion the best on the island. Walk across the street for the beach on the bay side and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the other side of the island for the crystal clear waters of the gulf side. We found ourselves going to the beach, then coming in for lunch and enjoying the pool. It is on a main road, but most of the time those driving by are slowing down to look at the house. It's that beautiful! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We only stayed 2 nights so no time to enjoy all this home had to offer. Will book again, hopefully for 5-7 days next time. Code inside garage did not work and was not able to reach contact as we checked in after 5

The Classy stay at the Glass house.

A lovely stay I highly recommend it. The house, the view, the location, and the town, all so nice. Our family and friends loved it too!!!! You really had a vision when you built this place and you made it a vacation that will always stay with us.
