Brillante y alegre, y tan playero. Kingfish está en el corazón de la isla Anna Maria. Bajando por un camino arenoso más allá de dos casas se encuentra Tampa Bay Beach más un parque infantil. Solo un paseo hacia el norte es el agua turquesa del Golfo de México y el famoso Bean Point.

    Afuera es donde está la acción con una piscina climatizada, una gran cubierta envolvente más un muelle privado. Disfrutará de la brillante puesta de sol y las puestas de sol todos los días, la brisa tropical y, si tiene suerte, avistamientos de delfines y manatíes. Si la temporada es correcta, ¡no tendrás que buscar cangrejos, rayas y un gran róbalo nadando en tu muelle! En medio de vides en flor y hojas de palmera, hay una piscina brillante. Calentado con muchas tumbonas. ¿Necesitas un descanso del sol? Muévase a la sombra para disfrutar de un poco de ping pong, futbolín o uno fresco en el bar exterior. Una gran mesa de comedor con ocho sillas, un cómodo sofá y una mecedora doble más una barbacoa hacen que entretener al aire libre sea muy fácil. El porche delantero es todo estilo plantación de Florida con columpios y dos mecedoras anticuadas.

    El romántico y privado dormitorio principal tiene una cama con dosel tamaño king azul marino, baño privado y una vista de la playa de Tampa Bay. Un dormitorio de inspiración náutica cuenta con una cama queen con ropa de cama de Ralph Lauren, un tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king y muebles de coral vívidos, mientras que un cuarto dormitorio tiene camas gemelas de color rosa. Una quinta habitación luminosa y colorida está amueblada con un conjunto de literas y un baño en el tercer pasillo tiene capacidad para una casa llena de invitados y niños. Cada una de las tres habitaciones para adultos tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, además de un televisor de alta definición, VCR y estéreo en la sala de estar. Cable, inalámbrico y larga distancia gratis lo mantendrán conectado. Tres baños más una ducha al aire libre hacen que las vacaciones en grupo sean aún más divertidas.

Great value for what you get. Awesome for a large group or family - everyone gets a room! Big living spaces too. It’s also very close to Bean Point Beach and Pine St, where a lot of restaurants are. Only thing I would say is they might want to consider a beach wagon

Great home, perfect location!! Lots of outdoor fun- pool, paddle board, mini golf. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Great kitchen! We rented a golf cart and that's definitely the way to experience the island!

The house was mostly very nice except for the energies of senior citizens. The town is really cute. He is beautiful and the amazing.

The location is great, tucked into a quiet neighbor with very close proximity to the beach and shopping. Can’t wait to go back. Would definitely stay at this property again!

The house is at a wonderful location, very close to the beach. Everything we needed was available or easy to get. The only suggestion that I would have is to make stairs inside and the bathrooms handicap friendly. Hope to come back in the future.

Great house, great location

We had a great stay. House was fabulous and location was close to everything. We loved the outside set up and access to the canal with the paddle boards.

Peaceful and Tucked Away

We loved how we could spend almost all of our time outside on the amazing wrap around porch and very private pool and dock area, but only 3 min bike ride from coffee & breakfast. Tucked away and quiet and really enjoyable. We left feeling so relaxed!

Overall this place was good and very clean, we would stay again. The location was a 10, the house was an 8. The house needed some repairs and updates: primary bath had a corner sink that was sized for kids, not adults, full bath upstairs had a wicker mirror hung with fishing line at a height for people 5 ft and under, cushions on porch furniture flat, need to be replaced, house sleeps 10, but only 6 seats around pool and 8 at dining table, screens missing on some windows, and when we arrived we found out pool heater wouldn’t work if below 60, ok but hot tub should be heated. Again would stay again, but there were only 6 of us, wouldn’t stay with more than 8!

Excellent Family Vacation

We had 10 people stay and we had an absolute blast. The space was great. The pool was such a plus we took full advantage of it.

Incredible trip

We have been going to Anna Maria for the last 3 years and this property has been the best of our stays! Amenities like the dock, paddleboards, heated pool and spa were used daily! We even saw manatees off the dock. The walk to bean point is so easy and it’s super close to the shops on Pine Ave. The property managers were super responsive (even on 4th of July). We had an incredible stay.

Family Trip

Had a blast on Anna Maria. Beautiful location for this property. Close to everything on the quiet side of the island. When we needed to hot tub panel reset due to a power outage, Wes was quick to stop by and get it up and running. We will be back!

Great House

Great house and location. Only recommendation that we have for the owners is to remove palm tree that sits over the pool. With all the trees around pool hard to get sunlight especially with the palm tree.

What a Wonderful House

My wife and I are visiting Anna Maria Island for the month and wanted a place for our two sons to come down with their families to visit for a long weekend. There were five bedrooms so plenty of room for everyone. Having a pool kept the grandkids happy and our grandson loved fishing from the dock on the back of the property. The large table on the back porch made a great place for us to gather. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and ice cream. We would highly recommend the house.

Laid Back Bachlorette Weekend

What a haven! We were 10 girls looking for a weekend away to celebrate a dear friends pending nuptials. This house offered us the space and tranquility we were looking for with easy access to some island excitement. The well stocked kitchen, gorgeous private back yard, heated pool, hot tub, plethora of seating, large porches, and comfortable beds made in house entertaining easy peasy. When we wanted to get into trouble, we were able to take a short ride on the Monkey Bus to stroll down Bridge Street. We are already planning our return visit.

Perfect

My family’s first time visiting AMI, and it was incredible! The house was very spacious and had a beautiful pool and two huge porches, one in the front and one in the back. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. I wish it had been listed that pool towels were on site, it would have saved us a little suitcase room. The only issue was the master bedroom had an unusually small sink that fit in the corner which made it very difficult to use especially when brushing your teeth. Very hard to spit lol. The location was great, the pool was great, the hot tub was great! We saw a manatee in the canal out back and caught a few fish. We really just had a great time! Thanks KingFish

Bare Minimum

We arrived as scheduled for our week stay. Initial impression was the house was clean. After settling in we discovered a few minor issues we had to work through, including, Pool pump/spa not functioning properly, pool was dirty, locating correct TV remotes, limited silverware for our group of 6 adults, 2 3 year olds and 2 younger than 18 months.We discovered that the vast majority of amenities were very basic, least expensive products. Grill worked but not very well. Fishing rod lines were knotted and not usable. Outdoor lights broken, not replaced, ping pong table in disrepair, etc. Our family had a great time, but seemed to constantly have smill issues come up that we're not needed. We called regarding the pool and maintenance man was VERY responsive. Resolved initial problem, but spa did not function correctly. Pool company came up the next morning and cleaned pool, but had to return after we complained about debris on bottom of pool. Shade over pool was great, but some of the trees constantly dropped buds into pool and required me to use the net with holes it multiple times a day just to stay ahead. Not what I wanted to do on vacation but it was a simple task. Paddle boards were fun, but again, lack of quality products disappointed us. 1 paddle would extend to adjust to height while the other paddle did not and made it difficult to use. A/C worked great, but we did discover mold in upstairs guest bathroom. Master Bath had been renovated. Vanity too small.

Great house in Anna Maria Island

We thoroughly enjoyed Kingfish house! It was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities and we used the pool and dock every day! Very convenient location to the bay and the gulf sides and we enjoyed walking to Bean Point and both piers! We will definitely be back!!
