Such a cute “Old Florida “ vibe. The room was clean and the ac was strong. Great location close to the beaches. Great value. Will be back.

Over all stay was good. The place was not clean properly lots of dust and dirty coffee pot upon arrival. The pull out sofa mattress was terrible and really dirty from improperly being clean. The shower pressure was very weak. The pool was very dirty with dead bugs and leaf and alot of trash around the pool area. Other then that it was a good stay lots of places to walk to and see.

Perfect Location!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location. It was a perfect location and met all our needs. The pool was nice and they had washer and dryers available to use. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 people for a few days. Pool was nice, unfortunately closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Convenient location.

Beautiful little place!

Our unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautiful landscaped gardens. It felt very private and safe. We would definitely return to Sunrise Gardens!

We had a great stay. Nice unit, great location.

Overall, we had a great stay! Loved the location and the pool. Clean and ready early for us. If I had to offer any suggestion for improvement, The floor tiles in the bathroom need some attention, but other than that, the unit was wonderful. We will be back!

Beyond my expectations!

So much enjoyed the pool and proximity to beach. 5 minute walk to get to spend an amazing, relaxing 5 hours on a secluded part of the beach. 10 minutes the other direction another day for a lively long white sand chill in the sun. Cute and clean and had sufficient kitchen set up to do our own food sometimes. Nice neighbors too

wonderful location

My husband and I enjoyed the stay in unit 10. Everything was great, there was a smell in the room like old cigarette smell, when the humidity was high in the room.

Perfect

We love this quaint, quiet, relaxed property. Our unit was clean, updated and contained everything we needed. The location is an easy walk to beach, shops, pier, restaurants. The pool is beautiful and feels very private. Front doors to units were being replaced while we were there. Great to see property being maintained.

Perfect location!

This condo is a great location! The pool has Mexico Resort vibes and was a hit with my 8 year old! The one complainant is the light outside the door is SO bright! I did message about this and they are in the process of changing these out as their solar powered and not controlled by a switch. You’re super close to the beach and can drive or walk straight down Spring and you’ll run into it, technically on either side! We’d stay again for sure, our small dog enjoyed her stay too!

Overall the place was great. The description was accurate and check-in process was easy. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. The place was a bit small for 4 people but we were expecting that. We only stayed for 2 night so it wasn't a big deal. As mentioned in other reviews, the porch light is quite bright and there isnt blindes on the windows next to the door. We hung out pool towels to block the light. Location was great. You can walk to just about anything on the north side of the island.
