This simple modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental is located less than a block from the sugary sands of the turquoise Gulf waters. Walking distance to cafes, golf cart rentals, island boutiques, and even the local island trolley stop! A beachy cottage that is full of island charm and is the perfect place to call home on your next family getaway. Island living at its best!

Surrounded by swaying palms with a stone cottage exterior that’s fenced in and has a whimsical feel from the moment you arrive. This home is brightened by an abundance of natural sunlight throughout and has plenty of windows to open up to capture the gulf breezes. A beautiful kitchen with new appliances, granite counters w/ a kitchen island that overlooks the dining and living space. Stocked with all the culinary essentials for preparing nightly dinners with a cozy living area to relax with a movie from the large flat panel. The home comes nicely appointed with 3 bedrooms that all feature king beds, luxury bedding, and storage for your beach bags. Two spacious bathrooms where one is a tub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a step-in shower both refreshed with granite counters and accessed from the hallway.

From the beach to the bay you have endless water adventure options. Sail away on a local fishing charter or rent a kayak to cruise the calm waters and canals, you may even have the chance of spotting manatees or dolphins! Take in the legendary sunsets from the beach and walk towards famous Bean Point for more breathtaking views. The natural beauty of the island is truly magical and is the best place to escape from it all. The Hideaway is waiting for your arrival, so grab your beach bags and flip flops for your island living destination.

Sweet property on the corner in the middle of town. Could walk to all the local businesses! Beach access was amazing! We were just a minute walk to the beach! Place was clean and tidy with enough essentials to get us going! Communication was fantastic!

Convenient location

The house was clean and convenient to everything. Plenty of parking for two vehicles. The management team was easy to get a hold of. Only complaint really was the wifi. They did get spectrum to come out. But afterwards you couldnt watch any tys without it constantly freezing.

AMI Rental

Rental was very clean, beds were comfortable, communication with rental company was excellent. Proximity to beach was ideal and quiet hours on the Anna Maria Island made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location. Space between the bedrooms was far enough you could have down time. Would go back. The location was great. Right down the street to beaches. Walk to restaurants and shops. Got a little loud at night but only until 10p when the area goes into quiet zone. Didnt know there was a washer and dryer we could use. That would have been good to know beforehand. There were unknown golfcarts parked in the driveway which we didnt understand why and got some different answers to. Some of the conveniently located outlets didn't work. Still great place and would go back.

Charming house in great location

Pros: charming house, very clean, spacious, great natural light, great layout, 3 king beds and 2 of the 3 rooms has TVs. Spacious and well-stocked kitchen if you plan to cook (we did for several meals but don't count on any cooking essentials being there, such as salt or sugar). Centrally located, with easy walk to the beach and several area stores and restaurants. Ample off-street parking (not sure why the listing limits the parking to 2 cars, as 4 cars would fit). There were some beach items to use, mostly kid toys. Would definitely return given the great house and location. Cons: no tools to be able to use the grill, so we had to improvise. We were unable to use the QR code to access information on the property even though we tried repeatedly on 2 different phones. We received multiple email and text reminders about check out, many more that we have experienced from other rentals.

Bliss

Adorable, and quaint cottage with plenty of room for all of us. Particularly loved the three bedrooms with a king size bed in the each. Walkability to retail and Beach was very easy. Only about five properties between this cottage and the beach on a quiet side street. Wonderful little restaurant about a block away as well as across the street and an ice cream shop. Lots of great little souvenirs in Ginny and Jane’s restaurant which is packed. The agency, a AMI, was always available and extremely helpful with any questions … will definitely visit again.
