Palm Trees & Manatees, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom canal-front home on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island. With a private saltwater pool, screened-in lanai, private dock and easy access to some of the island's beautiful beaches and waterfront spots, Palm Trees & Manatees is designed for relaxing and enjoying the best of island living.

Step outside and enjoy outdoor living. The private yard features a saltwater pool with a sun shelf, surrounded by beautiful travertine pavers and comfortable lounge seating. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. Beyond the pool, the canal leads to your private dock, where you can launch kayaks or paddleboards, cast a fishing line or sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You might even spot gentle manatees drifting by. The screened-in lanai overlooks the canal and provides the perfect setting for relaxing without any bugs.

Inside, the coastal atmosphere welcomes you to an open-concept floor plan featuring the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There's even a dedicated desk with a monitor to provide a convenient workspace for remote work. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with Bedroom 2 also offering a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bathrooms feature convenient walk-in showers.
