With everything on the ground floor, Avoca is the definition of easy beachfront living! Step inside the front door to a large, fully equipped kitchen flanked by two comfortable living areas, a big island and breakfast bar, and a dining area. It's the perfect setup for family gatherings! TV viewers will enjoy the 55" television, although with views like these, television may prove to be an afterthought.

Featuring a split floor plan, there's plenty of privacy for those occupying the master bedroom, which is tucked away in a corner overlooking the water. An en suite bath, king-size bed, 30" television, and room-darkening shades make this the perfect retreat.

Are you planning on logging some time on the computer while on vacation? The spacious queen bedroom features its own corner desk ready to be dedicated to online learning or working from home.

The third bedroom, located just off the kitchen, is equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds. Kids will sleep soundly after a day of sun, sand, and saltwater!

When enjoying the view from inside is no longer enough, head to the back patio, truly an outdoor oasis! Outfitted with a large, comfy sectional surrounding a fire table for nighttime enjoyment, and a couple of chaises for sunbathing by day, you and your family are sure to spend hours gathered here listening to the sound of the waves washing ashore just a few feet away. Want your toes in the sand? Take the path through the sea grass down to the Rod and Reel beach or walk North to Beach Point beach just a short stroll on North Shore Dr..

Fishermen in your group will love Avoca's proximity to the Rod & Reel Pier, just a few houses away to the south. You can fish there 24 hours a day! And whether you're a fisherman or not, everyone likes to eat! The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all with wonderful views, whether you're watching the fishermen or looking for dolphins as they race between Anna Maria and Egmont Key. The beach is at the pier, is perfect for shelling, lounging, and playing in the shallow surf.

Other Island attractions are just a quick trip away. Hop on your bikes for a quick ride to the Historic Anna Maria City Pier at the end of Pine Avenue, where you can catch the free Island Trolley and travel to shopping and dining areas up and down the Island. Or forget the trolley and stay on your bikes to explore the fun right in the village of Anna Maria.

*PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE! WHILE THIS PROPERTY IS DOG FRIENDLY, NO PETS OVER 25 POUNDS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
