The communication with management company was not good no return calls. Listened to two toilets run all week, pool pump was not working and I told management on Saturday pool was not clean and about toilets running which I’m sure owner water bill is high due to the toilets. I would not recommend the management company.

Fantastic location, great outdoor space, updated house

We hit the jackpot with this house!! We went with 2 families and it was just perfect! The location was about as good as you can get - 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks off Pine Ave (with many great dining and shopping options), and 4-5 blocks to the bay/City Pier. This unique configuration includes a main house and a guest house. The main house has 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. The guest house has 2 king bedrooms and a full bathroom. All spaces were incredibly clean, updated, beautifully decorated, and offered plenty of natural light. Between the 2 houses is the most gorgeous, private outdoor space you can find! A large pool with attached spa, zero depth seating area with pool chairs, an outdoor shower, pool table, bar, large seating area and a big screen TV. We watched NFL games from rafts in the pool with a beverage in hand! The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was stocked with everything you need for a beach day - plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. There was no need for us to rent a car - we ran out of time before we scratched the surface of things to do. We will definitely be back!
